The law accounts for this and allows OSPs that do not filter and transmit in no knowledge of what is incorporated are not liable. Commercial nodes are protected. The idea of a "full validating node" could be at risk. mal wieder ein interessanter tweet von WillyWoo... Die Kernaussagen der These sind ungefähr... Ein x35 Hebel von ATH zu ATH, womit sich ungefähr $90k BTC/USD ergeben, und ein Boden in diesem Zyklus bei ca. $2000 USD. Ist natürlich alles sehr gewagt und sieht in anderen Glaskugeln sicherlich wieder anders aus... Aber ich finde die Arbeit die WillyWoo da leistet sehr beeindruckend. Ich sehe ja grundsätzlich die Verlängerung von Zyklen als Indikator für die Reife des Marktes. Insofern verbuche ich das mal als Plus  Abgesehen davon haben wir zwar jetzt den längsten, aber früher kamen wir trotzdem tiefer. |

Also ich hab jetzt auch mal meine ganzen letzten Reste zusammengekratzt nachdem ich auch einer von den HODLern war und mich wieder mal damit beschäftigt nachdem ich das ganze Krypto Thema die letzten Monate konsequent vermieden habe...Gar nicht mal so viel übrig. Der Verkauf tokenisierter Schuldverschreibungen durch Bitbond erhielt von der Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) den höchsten regulatorischen Segen. Das STO verfügt über ein Emissionsvolumen von 100 Millionen Euro.

Dabei soll ein BB1 den Gegenwert von einem Euro haben. Das Emissionsvolumen beläuft sich auf 100 Millionen Euro. Das Kerngeschäft von Bitbond besteht in der Vergabe von Krediten an Unternehmen und Selbständige. Die Abwicklung der Kredite geschieht über Kryptowährungen. Das 2013 gegründete Start-up hat nach eigenen Angaben bislang über 15 Millionen US-Dollar an Krediten vergeben.

(For long range multi-week price action) 2/ With NVTS overbought, and Realised Price resistance looming overhead, at $4320, there's very little probability we'll make a break for $5k as many have suggested.
