From what i have read on the Gifcoin telegram channel, this is the final extension of the ICO, and it will end on 12 June. Also, they don't plan to be listed on exchanges until the first dividends will be paid( December), so when they get listed the price of the coin will have a bigger price, as everyone will see how big the dividends will be.

However, on their website it is written that "We are negotiating with the largest cryptocurrency exchanges to feature GIFcoin after the ICO has finished." 

That's why I say we should wait for an official statement before we discuss it here. I have not read anything like this before, so I continue to assume that there will be a listing right after the ICO

I also did not read anything about this, but this being the final extension is maybe true, because you can't extend it forever, and gifcoin is going right now to the hardcap.

If that's true, I want my Ethereum back. It's too long a wait.. From the very beginning there was no information about such a long listing on exchanges.

I don't think there will be another extension to be honest, no way; will put investors off and it would appear we are very close to the hardcap

I don't think that they extend the ICO again. They want to gain more money and after the release of the new Buff88 website it is legit to prolong the ICO for one month.

Not only was it a new release of the new engine / GUI "Buff88" but the crypto market was crashing so I think it was a good decision to extend it the once and it has shown it was a good decision. Softcap been smashed, so regardless of hardcap project is looking good and has the required funds

Both of you have valid points. But confusion/questions are coming because GIF team already done this twice. And all such cases should have been considered earlier when first time they extended this ICO. I hope they don't go beyond this date now.

Yep this is what makes most sense and puts the company in a good position going forward, the affiliate program to my knowledge would make sense for buff88 as its a great way to expand the platform to the numbers they are intending based on their roadmap they will need to fix issues with the site and platform as they arrise and have a strong expansion push simultaneously to meet their self imposed timelines.

ICO extension happened twice for GIF. I thought Tokens sale is going good and they might have crossed stage 5 also. Not sure what's happening in background.

Well, I was not sure if there was ever an extension. You lose track because some projects do not adhere to their schedule.
I still do not think that's good, but if gifcoin thinks they've got too little then they should try it for another month

Yes they extended two times. Now last date showing 12th Jun. But why progress bar still in stage 5 with 15% bonuses? I mean what exactly they are doing here? If they changed date then why still progress bar on same place?

I hope they do have a good reason why they decided to extented the ICO. The progress bar has been stuck at stage 5 for a long time, i have been following GIFCoin team from the onset the team has always been active hopefully they will update the progress bar.

I do not understand that with the progress bar either. Lately, it's only rarely updated and then it's just small jumps. I remember when the softcap was reached, it was very fast. With a big jump at the end. I do not think that now invest less investors, because the project looks very promising.

just be patient if the remaining time is still about 32 days again this is normal if the crowdsale mediation is a little slow but I am sure stage 5 will be sold out because Gif including good project.

I also asked about the timeline updating and it is updating, as the stages go on they are bigger stages / more tokens within the later stages so will take longer to complete. I'm still confident on hitting the hardcap anyway

Don't worry guys. Team is taking best possible decision and the way they are working towards achieving goals mentioned in roadmap I think it will help GIFcoin tokens price to go up.

Affiliate programs are meant to attract marketers to the site and the level of incentives attached to the affiliates will determine the outcome, so i'm guessing is something good for it to blow other companies away, is not a new practice in the gambling industry though but is definitely a good way of boosting the overall well being of the project, Gifcoin is really working behind the curtains

I heard that GIF have plan to pay dividend before listing, so I think they will try everything to attract more and more user to betting platform to boost revenue and profit. And this affiliate is good way to marketing.

That is why they did the extension, because they are about to go out stage 5, and be in the last stage. It would be a waste to stop it now, because they can have more investors now.

Yeah really true, here in my region they do a different kind of promotion which Gifcoin can employ, they try to send you a certain amount of your total bet amount by the end of the month, that way even if you end up loosing you could be rest assured that you're getting back some token at the end of the month, people like fauwerwilli would really benefit from this sort of arrangement lol

Yep I think the relaunch and the extension might be a strong push into the eventual listing to drive volume and demand it’s a risky play but I think the team is weighing the good and bad and they find that it’s good for the health of the project I think

You are right but the fact is, this is like the last stage of the project, so there's a probability that the sales will improve in few days, lets not forget that some individuals are yet to know about this project while others are still sitting on the fence, waiting to see the progress before investing, others are likely waiting to buy from dumpers, so a whole lot factors can influence token sale
