If you are interesting enough and share to much private info how many coins holding you have and how you keep them etc... you are pretty much exposing yourself to attacks.

Regarding protection, as someone above said if you are someones target it's hard to avoid that. Lot of software used nowdays lot of flaws and backdoors and potential exploits available.

Yes iam very afraid of hacker because they can stolen your all your money if you put in online wallet. I hasbeen hack about $100 in my Perpect money account last year, so now iam very afraid, and to be more safe i always use all security features. Hacker always has many idea to get your money , so always be carefull.

because they are attacking big corporations so attacking our home systems are child's play for them these big companies have mega security on the other hand the security we have are nothing to them so yes we shouid be afraid i am very afraid

I'm afraid and I'm not really afraid of the hackers because I don't really have that much money in my address.

This problem is also with me as I have nothing in wallet and never worried from hackers but still need to do some solid things for never happen any thing in future as its very important issue

Dont think you are not fear at all because you dont anything in your wallet but think when you have something valuable there, will you be afraid? If yes then find out how to prevent hacker from your wallet. Its not easy but its possible.

Not afraid at all to be honest but that is because I know how they do what they do, so I know how to avoid it (most common hacking attempts).

To the people that are afraid of hackers here are some tips for you.

- When signing up for a online wallet/exchange use a brand new email and password. This is help stop bruteforcing attacks. Also never use that email and password for any other website.

- If storing coins on your own computer make sure it is a clean computer or even by a brand new basic computer that will only be used to store your coins. Also only have the computer online if doing transfers.

- Think before you act, many people fall for click bate ads so much definitely here. If the offer sounds to good to be true it is. These links can go to phishing websites, JavaScript injection links, exploited websites or even running exploits to download there payload.

- Dont download random files from the internet, even in the ordinary world it's a bad idea. It can help to run the file through virus total before running but even then your not safe there is such thing called a crypter so virus scanners can be pretty useless at times.

All in all if ou don't want to get hacked you need to be more aware of what you are doing online. What I put above is just the basics and I'm sure there are some other good tips people could also post.

Yes. I think we should all afraid of hackers as the cryptocurrency like bitcoin not been seemd like a curreny by govement. If you lost it, the police will do nothing to you.

A friend of mine has been hacked 1 week ago. He kept all his 2FA keys on his laptop, which probably was hacked. So hackers disabled all his 2FA on exchanges on mails and stole all his money, made during last have year. So morality is that you can't save your passwords and 2FA keys on devices connected to internet. Be careful and don't let *uckers steal your money. Be safe. peace.

Well, who isn't? The harm of scammers in this industry alarms everyone in this locale. Surely moderators have took necessary actions to eliminate this crisis. These hackers can be monitored thru high intellectual technologies with the help of computer geniuses. everyone is very afraid if he became a victim of hackers therefore all increase security protection and do not get to press the foreign key that is not necessarily on the press not only that when you surf the internet world pay attention to the existing web link is correct or not and try to avoid phishing links.

Yes ! I really afraid of hackers because only in a short period of time all your earnings will be all gone. So we must be very strict when it  comes of signing in our accounts in any malicious documents or sites.
