I here and see that a lot of people are selling their altcoins for this reason or for that reason. In some cases I here that people are even spending their altcoins to buy Bitcoin. Now that one really has me confused. To me it's way to early to be selling your altcoins. It's like selling an original painting before it even gains in value or while it is still gaining in value. What smart investor does that unless they are selling out of fear or because they are desperate. For me I am holding all of my coins for now because it is way to early to even think about selling your altcoins; what say you?

So tell me, why are you selling your altscoins so soon?

Everyone has their own strategy, some people choose to sell the coins they own because they think the coins will have an obstacle to increase, so they decide to sell them and reinvest them into more potential coins or have a chance to increase.

Depend on people's strategy, they may sell altcoins soon with low or no profit, but they can use that money for another chance that they believe it will bring more profit than current altcoin.

Probably because of panic. Since the value of bitcoin are going down that time people got nervous that they will loose money so they sold everything. People really do not have the patience needed in these kinds of investment

Altcoins market goes on huge down. That reason people selling there altcoin so soon and hold eth or btc. Because these coin are stable to altcoin. I also sell some altcoin & hold ether. In the end of this week i again invest some altcoin. I think this is good option for future.

panic attitude sometimes make the wrong decision. sell fast has certainly also because of fear of loss of capital is too large on the decline that occurred. quite unfortunate but it can be patient and can hold will be more promising and gives a result of panic selling on too quickly.

my previous experience, I sold altcoins that I had because of my fear or panic. I was too panicked if the altcoint I held the price was getting lower, and I saw more and more people wanted to sell altcoint, so I would sell quickly.

Probably most usual answer would be that people are afraid to lose their money, which for most of them are not easy earned. And this is the reason why they are usually selling so soon.

High % of the people want their alts to do 100x in 3 days or like that when it doesn't they sell it. That's not the right mindset for this in my opinion

I got my Altcoins mostly though signature bounty campaigns and I choose to hold it because I know that they will soon pump and my Crypto Assets will become bigger and bigger in value.

I think most people are afraid of what the market may say about any altcoins and for the sake of fear in them, for them not to loose the money they sell it off

Altcoin prices lately often decrease so traders must be able to move quickly to anticipate the occurrence of major losses

I don't offer altcoyins that were purchased as long haul ventures. They remain with me and sit tight for their opportunity. Be that as it may, those altcoyins, I exchange, I continually offer and purchase. Be that as it may, this is exchanging inside multi day. Some offer altcoins toward the start of the value drop. And afterward they are purchased again at the base. consequently expanding the quantity of coins.

I adhered to your position and kept my altcoins long.  But now my portfolio has reached its bottom.  Some altcoins are now cheaper than 2 years ago when I bought them.  So I revised my strategy.  And in the future, I will keep coins for a short time.

In a risky market, holding too much alcoin is a threat. By the price up and down too fast. If insensitive, the alocoins will become garbage and worthless. There are too many alcoin scams and the confidence of investors is decreasing

I think we also see people who are incredibly depressed about how far it felt down. I mean yes if your coin dropped %50 in value or it is so far down from the price you bought you need to increase it %500 to reach back to the bought price than I can understand and it's alright but even than you should keep your coins. However if your coins dropped in price for %98 like nano dropped than there is no point of keeping a coin like that, if you do not need the money keep it until something decent but obviously the ATH is tooo way long.

Its called day trading, they will continue to accumulate their favorite coins on a daily basis. This will help them to increase their portfolio and gain massive profits during the bull run, but there is a downside with day trading because If a particular coin does a quick bull-run, day traders might get rekd as well because I've been there Smiley

There are coins who booms in the start and later on slows down and eventually lose popularity. They're called short term investors, and they do this probably they're comfortable doing this and they have their thing going. Some day traders can maximize their profits with this.

Basically, many people sell their altcoins, for the sake of simplicity because they need money .

Low altcoin prices make some people sell their altcoins probably because they are afraid there will be another decline and will not incur huge losses
