If the value or the price of altcoin is raised then that's the time I will sell it. But if it's down, I will hold my altcoin until the price will going back to a higher value. Be wise when selling or processing the altcoins because if some won't do that then that's the time they really need an advice.

I here and see that a lot of people are selling their altcoins for this reason or for that reason. In some cases I here that people are even spending their altcoins to buy Bitcoin. Now that one really has me confused. To me it's way to early to be selling your altcoins. It's like selling an original painting before it even gains in value or while it is still gaining in value. What smart investor does that unless they are selling out of fear or because they are desperate. For me I am holding all of my coins for now because it is way to early to even think about selling your altcoins; what say you?

So tell me, why are you selling your altscoins so soon?

majority of people would be selling because of fud when they get too scared the prices will dip even further. Then you have some people who simply need money, that is why they sell, that is understandable.

Because I don't want to take any risks. I will sell it when it reach good price. The market is constantly changing. You don't know how your coin will be. Selling early is my way to avoid the risks. I'm never panic, I never sell it below the price I buy. That's my strategy. My money from the sold token will be used to invest in other currencies. Some people like to hold a long way. instead of waiting for the price to rise, i will spend my times to research market and invest in something new. Every person have their own choices.

I think they are freeze dealers once they see their altcoins are red in the market they going to offer immediately, appears like numerous amateurs are speculators. For me I need to offer my altcoins in the event that I require cash or I offer it once they hit my objective value, I simply continue holding my altcoin at the present time.

I buy altcoin and I hope to get more profit, and I will sell it when the price goes up 2x, and after that I will wait for the price to go down and buy it again.

Most of those early sellers are likely new comers in the field of cryptocurrency. I think most of them just buy alts or just been referred by a friend and doesn't studied the potential of a coin they are holding. Another reason is those shitty bounty hunters that just sells their tokens even if the price is still low as fuck. They just want to earn without knowing what might it result into.

Many of us thinks that when we have coins we just wait at least a Month the. We sell it immediately. Why? We are afraid that if we don’t trade the coins it will go down completely. Market is so unpredictable. We never can’t tell when it will go up and will go down. Everyone need to take a risk to at least wait 3-6 months before trading our coins.

Because I was afraid of risk, I was afraid every day that the price of altcoin would fall. So I sold the general coins in my hands early on. I think the majority of people will only impulse to sell their coins because of panic.

I think they are panic sellers once they see their altcoins are red in the market they gonna sell right away, seems like many newbies are investors. For me I want to sell my altcoins if I need money or I sell it once they hit my target price, I just keep holding my altcoin right now.

Because in major cases the coin or token value of a project is hard decreased after their launch on a platform

I sell my altcoin, because I need to use money for my daily needs. And I have a different reading why we sell our altcoins. And other people must also have different reasons

Its really completely up to you, if you are aiming for a quick profit you can sell all your altcoins soon. And if you are a real holder as like you have said then really dont panic. Some of the tokens have a whale seller that manipulates the price. And if you got another extra money, better buy more tokens when it dips.

Many novice investors, encouraged by the success of bitcoin last year, come to this market and want to get a quick profit. But not all projects can make a profit so quickly. You need at least 1-2 years to develop the project, after which you can get 100-1000 percent profit. Bitcoin took 7 years to achieve such results. My recommendation is to be patient and not sell coins.

Not all the peoples are keeping their alt coins for a long time, sometimes they need money for living and then sell their alts. I see that many of them do that because of their needs and afraid that the coins will dropped.

I have an altcoin but I was not able to sell it so soon when its market value is still high enough for me to cover my investment, profit, time and effort. All what is left in me right now is my regret that I was not able to sell my altcoins so soon when its market value is still high

In my own experience I could say that I will be selling my altcoins very soon as long as the altcoins that I have will be able to reach the market value that I am expecting for it to reach, I don't wait for the altcoin to reach to its highest market value as long as I am able to get back what I have invested for it.

most of the crypto holders cant wait for coins to rise in value once they wait for few months they will sell out of patience and out of panic mode after that they will release the importance of cryptocurrency price hike

for some people ordinary to sell their coins because of the needs or circumstances that make them sell it. but I here emphasize that an altcoin price also affects to sell or hold, if it seems like the price increase is high enough why not we sell it can all or part of it so if for example happened again we can sell it again and if seen by a condition where a person already need money certainly any price will sell it if the need can be covered.

Well most of the new ones are selling because they cannot stand the heat of crypto and I understand them , I was in the same situation in my early days of crypto so it's better to cut the loose sometimes and keep the rest instead of watching it going lower and lower.

Well, simple. I need the money that why I'm selling it. If I can store it and live it for sometime then it will be very good. But usually we have our needs to consider therefore we need cash.
