same problem here. failed and the secodn transaction is pending. Could someone from Kraken kindly look at Request #10014
My SEPA transfer got a status of "Failure", and then I tried initiating it again, but it stayed in "Pending", after which I thought that your system is non-functional and that I would like to transfer my funds elsewhere (e.g., change back to btc and move along), so I clicked the red X button to cancel the second try, but it didn't cancel it. It's still "Pending".
The red X button gave only an error: "No change - Internal error" or something like that.
All of this is really weird because my details have stayed the same, so I don't understand why the transaction resulted in a failure in the first place. It must've been something on your end.
Please check the support ticket #10014
Thanks
I have exactly the same. Transfer requested monday, got a Failure message a while after. Tried a new transfer, which has been stuck on Pending for 24 hours now. I'm well within my withdrawal limits and I've used the same information that I've used for several withdrawals in the past. Not made a ticket yet, but was just about to when I saw this post. edit: Ticket made: #10285 edit2: Status of my second withdrawal just changed to "Sent".

What's going on? I've had this a couple of times - seems to happen during flash crashes. Very disturbing message.

It wouldn't really make sense for them to hire an army of support staff to sit around doing nothing for 6 months. I would expect that they're taking steps to increase their support capacity given the sudden growth in users, but it's hard to predict things like that in advance.

I have 4 figure EUR there I would expect a little more than a Facebook message. Is that so hard to have an error page?! Nevertheless I dont think it is a scam, many met them in person and they have public profiles.

Well, its been down for over 4 hours now. I think this is because the operators live in San Francisco and that is PST so this outage has been between 1am and 5am their time. They should be up in a couple hours and will work it out then I'm sure. Peace P.S. nothing on their Facebook page either, pretty sure they are sleeping.

My bad, I searched Kraken on Facebook and must have landed on some other page that is not the official Facebook page.

If I had an exchange which needs new customers I wouldn't sleep till the issue is fixed Or at least have someone to work on a problem during the night.

Not cool guys... I don't think you fully realize that the site has now been down for most of the working hours within EU. Where most of your customers (fans) come from... If the problem is really not serious, you are not taking it serious enough. Plan your major downtimes for when Europe is asleep, you will get much much less complaints
