Turbo mode depends heavily on the environment where you run it, it was explained in great details in some of my previous posts. Currently we have been hitting 256 GH/s stable on 5 boards, that accounts for a total 1.28 TH/s in Turbo mode and we're constantly making it better but, again, your specific case may vary. We've seen it get that high too

They stated "end of week" which means by early next week / end of next week we should have confirmations of receiving devices accross countries already. Let's grab a beer and watch some olympics in the meantime. The dutch are doing poorly. Of the 10 olympic medals on speedskating we've already missed out on 1! Some Canadian snatched silver on the 1000m men speedskating.

Hi guys, my English is not so good I have today put me in the car and visited Bitmine (journey time 3 hours) I was of course skeptical whether Bitmine exists at all! yes bitmine exists and the guys are very friendly, they have shown me their operation and told and explained everything to me. So now I try sacrament enlighten all as to why the delivery was so delayed (in short form) Bitmine is not a big company as some might think. Today, all electrical appliances are produced not only in a company. But can be ordered in large companies all items. Since we're on the issue if a company does not deliver, you can not start the production or finishing. This also happens with Bitmien! Then they had problems with the temperature of the chips, it had to follow new boards are designed and ordered see pictures. Desk & Rig Board https://picasaweb.google.com/117215199993238045647/12Februar2014Bitmine#5979632635695283762coincraft desk old right. new left difference position of the chips https://picasaweb.google.com/117215199993238045647/12Februar2014Bitmine#5979632691083832530coincraft Rig old right. new left difference position of the chips and 2 more chips per board https://picasaweb.google.com/117215199993238045647/12Februar2014Bitmine#5979632663814465746And these are if everything goes and nothing comes in between the end of the week delivered and then the miner will be completed and shipped I hope I have helped you a little Of course you can communicate ( New ) between bitmine and their customers do not have to talk nicely because they are still working on it. I would have been happier with "HAVE left our warehouse" rather than "leaving this week", but beggers can't be choosers. Did anyone notice that the link to eligius shows less than 0.2 BTC a day, which is $130 a day, so at a cost of $6000 that is gonna take about 46 days to get our money back. If you throw difficulty increases in there, it basically means we will be lucky to break even. I think the price of bitcoins will have to rise to around $1000 for anyone to just break even. Unless CPP & Turbo Man come to our rescue.

If I see it correctly they already had eleven chips on the "old" board, so it would be "only" one more chip on the new board compared to the old one. But most probably they meant two more chips compared to their initial design where, as I would assume, they might have planned with ten chips "only". Based on these pics, I really look forward to the outcome of the Rig System and ist final Performance.

Nope, the picture quality is not good enough to see at once, but the 11th chip on the old board was the STM32 controller which was moved to the center of the new PCB.

Gratz on 1GH/W. I was wondering how you did it until I realized it's 12x A1 chips per board. 210GH/12 = 17.5Gh per chip @ 1GH/W. For the guys asking about overclock 35GH per chip has been reached by Technobit Hex8A1, but you need 4500rpm fans and huge heatsinks. Potentially 12x 35GH x 5 = 2100GH but it would have to outside the case.

But thanks for som update finally...
Any on ho has answered the ? about what the smallest upgrade would they make....
If you bought 200 ghs is that when +200 (if that's the smallest upgrade) or is it 400 now? getting confused in the tread leading after the answer to that ?

For the guys asking about overclock 35GH per chip has been reached by Technobit Hex8A1, but you need 4500rpm fans and huge heatsinks. Potentially 12x 35GH x 5 = 2100GH but it would have to outside the case. Correct math, but wrong assumptions. What has been shown on the video is a fully populated CoinCraft Desk, which has 5 boards with 8 chips each running at 800MHz and reaching 25GHps. That's exactly the 1THps you can see. The updated Rig board were added 2 chips to be able to provide the nominal hashrate with under-clocked chips. With that, the chips can run below 700MHz, resulting in controllable system temperatures As for the over-clockabilities in general: with extreme cooling I pushed the chip to 1.15GHz / 36.8GHps (47%+). For that, the voltage needs to be raised from 0.85 to 1.1V, resulting in the degradation of power efficiency of 0.7J/GH to over 2J/GH - which is in line with the expectations based on physics (consumption proportional to (clock * voltage^2)). Bottom line: while chips are over-clockable as advertised, do not expect to reach the full potential with the CoinCraft products. For one, getting 50% more hashrate requires 3x more power - which the PSU is not dimensioned for; consequently for the other you can not get 3x more heat out of a closed box unless you submerge it or live close to the poles. For those who ordered the CoinCraft rig with extreme overclocking in mind, I frankly tell you to better expect max 20% above nominal speed. You might top that if you modify cooling and power yourself, but then Bitmine's turnkey products that plug-and-mine are maybe not the right choice for you.

I find that the WU (work utility) value reported on cgminer is very low once the avg hasrate has been taken into account, I would expect at least something higher than 10K/m. Am I missing something obvious?

You might wan to follow these topic for the coming 2 weeks and see the result? I am following this topic from new year... And I got the filling that bitmine.ch is the biggest scam ever... Even if they sent miners now, difficoulty of bitcoin mining will be so high that they will loose a lot of money... And if I have exact informatoin they get for a delay of 20 days 10% biger hashrate...but Difficoulti of bitcoin is rising a bout 25-30% in 14 days... If that is not a scam I do not now what is! Why this FUD ? http://www.bitcoinx.com/profit/
