OK NOW

everyone is pissed, that's what I wanted to achieve.

What we need to do now is to group up.

As I would suggest everyone who wants to participate in a lawsuit should pm me.
This is no place for this since there is too much other stuff being talked and hey, we can't see what they are doing so they shouldn't see what we are doing, right?

I am going to build a database where you can enter your  purchased Item Address, Name, Email, Cost, delivery date stated by Bitmine. This will be for calculating all the damage done due to BTC Mining loss/ Bitmines Profit for mining with your hardware. You will need to send me your bank receipt and invoice or Blockchain info and invoice to prevent false entries.

This will be the first step, information gathering.

On 6th of February, Bitmine AG increased it's share capital from CHF 500'000 to 1'000'000.

http://ti.powernet.ch/webservices/inet/HRG/HRG.asmx/getHRGHTML?chnr=5013017896&amt=501&toBeModified=0&validOnly=0&lang=1&sort=0

I don't know who the shareholders are, nor what the reasons for this increase is or where the money comes from.

In general, the main reasons for an increase of share capital are:

need of capital resources due to elimination of liquidity shortage / financial recovery / or extending business activity.

Of course there are other (posotiv) reasons for such an increase. But since Bitmine AG doesn't give a sh** about informing their customers, I assume that speculations are appropriate.

Hello guys,

One more week over. As i stated last week there is no video of a working RIG and no shipping. I am not your Messias, but we need a master to fight this tough time.

An friend of mine met Giorgio at a very fancy and expensive club last thursday and could speek with him. He told me, that Giorgio was laughing tears, when their were talking about bitmine. He explained that the miners are his and thats clear. He said the companys name is BITMINE not BITYOURS. He was talking also about the future. Giorgio wants to built with the miners the biggest mining pyramide of the world And for that he need all the equipment.

They are not going to sent us our miners, not yet. Be as your master and wait calmly. Swiss are very patient people, they can wait until June for the first RIGS shippment.

Scary. I'm going to order an extract from the debt enforcement office to figure out if they even pay their bills. Costs about CHF 20 (USD 18). I think it's worth it regarding the amount of money we gave them. Soon it's time to involve law enforcement (criminal complaint against Bitmine AG / Giorgio Massarotto / Christian Anselmi / Reto Vogel etc.) I don't know if they are liable to prosecution, LE will figure it out.

Anyone among us who could work as a translator English / German --> Italian?

Yes, I am from Switzerland. I'm preety sure that I could request it in english or german. But since the official language of the Canton Tessin/Ticino is Itialian, I'll probably get it faster if a request it in italian.

Might be him, don't know. He's a member of the Board of Directors since 6th of February 2014, but doesn't have any signatory power. --> link refers to the publication in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce)

You mean a "Betreibungsauszug" don't you?

If you are going to do that, I am willing to chip in some mBTC for your efforts after you post a screenshot here. It's a brilliant idea.

Why don't you ask instead of flooding this thread with speculation / conspiracy?

Yes, of course I am the one who is listed in the document - how many other zefirs you know in the bitcoin community who happen to work for Bitmine over the last few months?

I already posted in this thread to work as a consultant for the SW side and am Bitmine's largest customer. And after the fact that I ripped off my butt working on the chips bring-up, Bitmine decided that I am valuable enough for the company to offer me company shares. That's where we are now and that is nothing worth speculating.

Also, I am not doing group-buys or other suspicious things here - contrary I supply over 20 DIY projects (like marto74, WASP, etc.) with chips I bought and paid before to support building up a solid open-source scene around the A1 chip and keep mining rig available for the small scale miners.

Feel free to ask if you need to know more, there is really nothing secret in here.

I think swissmining questions your independence and bias towards bitmine. I don't think he doubts your workethic and efforts.

Until now I too had the impression you were some kind of independent consultant, but now it starts to look completely different.
Since you are on their payroll now, we can't expect you to say ANYTHING critical about them. That's a problem.

Since Bitmine AG doesn't provide us with useful information, I started collecting them by myself. Can you say anything about the information-policy of Bitmine AG?

Beeing shareholder isn't the same thing as beeing on the board of directors, which makes you liable if the company if fuck** up.

Do you want to say anyithing about the chines contractor? Fud?

Exactly. Don't mean to hassle you in any way. English isn't my mother tongue, can't express myself that well. But that fact that you're one of the biggest customers an now work for the company doensn't make it better. Have you already gooten your rigs?

Thanks for your reply.
