Not like they are updating any way.... probably be a lesser pain just to sit around waiting for an e-mail their will never come, then the disappointment it is to come her, 4-6 times a day and stile find no update on any thing at all...

Face palm to us all ..... !Ding!

bitmine.ch is quickly becoming the new BFL. (Butterfly labs.... 1 year late... and still is..)

...
How can Bitmine sell products (and take money for this items), even if the product do not exist? Is there some information on the website, that this product does not exist ? I can find nice description about the energy consumption, the turbo mode, the front display and other useless information.
But nothing about the fact, that this product does not exist.

You are right: manufactured on contract, but not developed on contract

Dont even know why this tread is still here...

As a warning to other potential costumers who might fall for bitmine.ch.

Don't forget bitmine still takes new orders for march week 4 devices. They will continue to do so.

So if this thread wouldn't exist, some people would actually think they might get a device in 6 weeks if they order now.

And that is such a farce!

How come the shipping time is now SHORTER then when I made the order end of november???
I ordered end of november for a february week 1 device. That's about 10 weeks.

Now if someone places a new order they tell him that he has only 6 weeks to wait??? WTF???

Nothing makes sense anymore.

Do they not care anymore to update the date?
They let the new guys walk right into a trap...

IMHO the "March 4th" week batch has been going on so long because of the drastic drop in BTC price.  So that they still think that they can supply orders for that date range.  Due to order numbers being so low.

Thats my personal main reason, why i think it may be a good idea to introduce bitmine to the authorities. Well, my case is opened now. lets see, what it brings to daylight.

What i personally dont understand, why did bitmine the sharevalue increase of 500k to 1000k. but as you say, nothing makes sense anymore. perhaps zefir wants to say anything..

Makes sense.

And I conclude they had the most orders in november/december by customers who payed with bitcoins.

I believe bitmine has recieved more orders than they have ever dreamed of. And more money to fund everything.

So why they can't produce although everything a manufacturer dreams of has come true, I don't understand...

Well, they have been working chips.  So if it is all just a scam we can claim not just off the capital of their working chips design but also working physical chips too.  Quids in IMO a lot better than BFL after nine months late or HF after three months late pre-orders.

I don't want to be anybody's PR or lawyer, or anything, but please guys...keep it calm, people are working on serious stuff and everything will be allright. Turbo might not be working as planned, but rigs as curently operating on *.st pool seems working ok.

Why is bitmine not a SCAM ?

Here is why :

1. It is by capital-investment in the top10 rig vendors. Keep this in mind, and let people finish this delivery as they can.

2. Here are some documents I cite :

Handelsregister - Registre du commerce - Registro di commercio

Mutationen - Mutations - Mutazioni

Bitmine AG, in Camorino, CHE-205.677.760, società anonima
(FUSC no. 124 del 01.07.2013, Pubbl. 949843). Statuti modificati:
06.02.2014. Nuovo capitale azionario: CHF 1'000'000.00 [finora:
CHF 500'000.00]. Nuovo capitale azionario liberato: CHF 1'000'000.
00 [finora: CHF 500'000.00]. Nuove azioni: 10'000 azioni al portatore
da CHF 100.00. [finora: 1'000 azioni al portatore da CHF 500.
00]. Aumento ordinario. Nuove persone iscritte o modifiche: Kurtisi,
Zefir, cittadino germanico, in Bubikon, membro, senza diritto di
firma.
Registro giornaliero no 1877 del 10.02.2014 / CHE-205.677.760 / 01344987

That means, that...this document is not older then 9 days and that BITMINE.CH has just doubled it's share capital, which is good news.

So curently the company's capital is 1 mio CHF. They however didn't have time to make any news nor information about this on their web since they probably do their best to finish rigs and clear the delivery queue.

Find me another rig vendor in the world with that much money backing...and I'll shut up.

For all people here who are angry at Giorgio and his team : Yes, they have (had) lousy support and made promises, they coudn't keep, but so were the others and this is their mistake, but I hope everything will be allright at the end.

Who would double share capital if they are facing serious charges and possible bankrupcy ?

So I rather think, company is finally ready for bigtime operation, and all this in the past was just startup mistakes...

Comments, anyone ?

when a company is increasing it s own shares fund that could  mean two thing:
-the company is making money(not necessary bad news but can be bad news)
-the company have done it for tax purposes (as usually there is no income tax on the amount u add on the company s fund)

i m not sure if this is the case in switzerland ...

So what clued you in to this breakthrough, the fact that they are two months late and no units were confirmed as being shipped (AFAIK) or the fact that they still don't have a working rig unit? These guys are total amateurs and I will in the future stay as far away from them as I can.

BFL isn't a scam either but due to its behavior that doesn't mean it shouldn't be treated as such.
