Hey guys new posted in this thread, I've done a search and I don't have time to read through 130+ pages on here...
What are the access methods for these miners? I know they will have a web interface, but managing via web is insane, so I'm assuming there's another way... Do they support SSH (particularly with pubkey auth)? That would be an ideal scenario...
Thanks in advance for any help :-)

Hello, I have technical problem with 1 TH/s Desk. I received 2 1 TH/s Desks yesterday. I'm using 2 1600W Lepa power supply. Miners firstly turn off after 5 minutes, I saw, that 1 original fan was set to air flow in, one to air flow out. A set both fans to IN. So now it working for approximately 30 minutes, then one temperature sensor reach 50 degrees - miner shut down. I have miners in room, where is 21 degrees. So I add 2 fans at front side, now it working for 1 hour, but its not a lot. So, where is a problem? I must put it to fridge?
This is the same issue we observed with the Platimax 1500W: some PCIe connectors share the same rail, with that you are feeding two hashing units over the same rail and overloading it - the Platimax uses to shut down after a while. Since the Lepa's PCIe pinout looks similar to that one, here is the correct way to set up your CCD with the chosen PSU: 1) take a look at bottom of datasheet page 2 ( http://www.lepatek.com/files/LE_ProductBasic_eng/PB_File/G1600-EN.pdf) 2) notice that the distribution of the 6 12V rails is as follows: 12V1:MB, 12V2:MB, 12V3:PCIe 1+4, 12V4:PCIe2, 12V5:PCIe 5+6, 12V6:PCIe3 3) ensure that you connect 4 hashing units to PCIe connectors 1, 2 , 3, and 6 (left 4 and 5 unconnected) 4) buy or build yourself an adapter from MB-20 (12V1) or MB-16 (12V2) connector to PCIe and feed the 5th hashing unit with that Bottom line: ensure to feed only one hashing unit through one 12V rail. Even if the PSU uses a common rail, powering two hashing units through a single rail will either cause voltage ripples or over-current protection shutting down the PSU. Good luck Thanks a lot Zefir, you have right! I did it exactly how you said, I connected 4 hashing units to separate PCI-E rails and then I modified CPU power supply connector to PCI-E connector, now working stable! Thank you very much again can you make a small instructions for "us"... i think it whould be nice to know for many people... Yes, of course. Firstly, look at diagram of your PSU (mine Lepa 1600W) https://i.imgur.com/h9FD3Yj.pngand connect 4 cabels with PCI-E connectors to separate 12V rails (12V3,12V4,12V5,12V6)!for each mining module, use only 1 connector on PCI-E cables! Then cut off 8 pin CPU connector (12V2) https://i.imgur.com/tRnGqkU.pngand solder other PCI-E connector (6 pin) to CPU wireshttps://i.imgur.com/0hds7bx.jpg BUT beware, 12V wires is on opposite side, look at this diagram: http://www.mangione.com.br/upload/cablemod2.jpgAnd finally, don't forget connect this connector:https://i.imgur.com/j6oUgkM.jpgor miner won't see mining modules. For all of this, thanks to zefir.

giorgiomassa, Please read my letter to support@bitmine.ch #4925 & #5495. Two weeks ago you promised to return bitcoins, but still on our Bitcoin address there is no transaction to transfer bitcoins for two of our requests.

Anyone has experiences with "Turbo Mode"?
How much additional hashing power in percent does the turbo mode provide effectively (what does the pool tell you) at the moment?

Quick CoinCraft Rig update, as promised: all parts are here, we're just missing the motherboard. Tomorrow testing will begin and hopefully production will start in the following days.
Many people have asked about the new firmware, which should also be ready within a week or so.
I will let you know how things proceed!
We are one week later. Any news?

Just received my miner (order #23xx) without PSU shipped by Fedex. It took from wednesday afternoon until now (monday!) for fedex to deliver via "worldwide express shipping" - n1!
The miner (1TH) arrived with a loosen heatsink of the very bottom module (the heatsink that covers 4 A1 chips).
Some questions for Bitmine now: * Hot to glue it - with what product? * Am I able to run it with just 4 modules until I could fix the heatsink problem? Or is the raspi pre-configured with 5 modules (does it support plug and play?) * I have a PSU from SilverStone Strider 1500W. It has just 4x 6pin (as required by the modules) and 2x 8pin connectors. How should I connect the 5th board with the PSU?

I am still shocked that in spite of waiting 70 days they charge 10% penalty on refunds .

http://bitmine.ch/?page_id=5284Webinterface default access: username: admin password: admin ssh default access: username: root password: bitmine Awesome, thanks for the information! Perfect. As it is, accessing the miner through SSH is pretty much useless. You can't control cgminer through it. The linux distribution it uses (yocto) is very basic, stripped from everything, and lacks a package manager to install new software. It doesn't even have a gcc compiler!! And despite my efforts, I have failed to find a way to either install gcc on it or move the whole thing (mineros) to another usable linux distro for pi. I have also described the problem in this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=495357.0I've sent an email to bitmine support asking for a SD image based on another distro (like rasbian or arch) or to send instructions on how to install other software (e.g. no-ip, screen) that would make our life much easier.

This thread is full of all kind of comments, maybe understandably, but just cool down a bit... They deliver as fast as they can. There has been obvisouly many obstacles in production and too optimistic schedules (afterall this is new tech & new company). Also customers such as me have been too optimistic with delivey expectations - greed makes many quite blind for risks Afterall I knew very well that this was a risky investment. Now I take this just a hobby. If you can't wait Im quite sure they will refund after agreed time frame (Im not affiliated - just customer), at least they have done so for many who have asked refund. However I see mining quite nice, so decided to take machines and Im happy with those. I received my order about a week ago which was #220X from mid oct. Below is the pic of two Desks hashing steady 1TH per unit. I added two extra fans for both, so temp stays steady 44C. Turbo mode needs obvisouly improvements, hopefully new firmware will help with it. Still waiting for CPP unit. It coming later and it's maybe fair to send CPP units a bit later that people can receive their actual orders faster. Just my two cents. The difference is this: You have received your ASICs and now you are able to mine Bitcoins at 2 TH/s. Good for you ! Most of the people (me included, with a full paid order since Dec 2014) aren't so lucky, and we MISSED the opportunity to do the same like you. When these Coincraft Desks / Rigs will finally arrive in our hands, they will be OBSOLETE ! Guess who is to be blamed for this ? So stop spreading your 2 Satoshi morale to us ! Go back to your "toys" and better let us know IF you have achieved at least ROI

Godfather paid hes order october, you paid two month later dec... so, most likely you're going to receive your order relatively faster. Nice that someone can be a bit positive regardless three months late delivery. Unfortunately those machines bought at full price will never roi unless BTC value goes back to high.

Hey, Just haven't seen any real updates regarding where they were in the queue, so I figured I'd just ask...
1)It looks like they are almost done with the January (week 5) orders and are working on the Febuary (week 1) orders, is that right?
2)Have people gotten their refund back yet? The 30 day delay worries me a bit.

ad 1) no, that's not right. I'm waiting for an October order that has neither been delivered nor even shipped ad 2) I've asked for a refund some days ago. I'm waiting for instructions on how to proceed. _This_ worries me a bit considering that they intend to answer within 2 working days...

No, my January week 2 order remains unshipped. My order (1st week of February) was not shipped, requested for refund ... and counting the day's ... and watching the exchange rates
