Hi all,

Ordered in December, orde4327, received it today. 400Ghz pushed upto 600GHs with CCP. Attached are the photos.

Although can someone tell me what voltage it needs? in Saudi we use both 110V and 220V, what should i plug the coincraft desk into?

It depends on the fuse you have on which voltage. This 600 Watt you can run on both. take the 220 V, its better for you, when you dont have any other big machines connected to that fuse.

Hey johnnu thanks for responding,

but i dont understand what you mean. i have 2 wall sockets, 1 running at 110V and another running 220V, which should i plug the device into? i know that plugging it into the wrong voltage would damage it.

this power dc works on both voltages. when you plug on 110V it takes mores Current (amperes) from 220V less. To get sure open the box and look at your power dc. it must be written on the device which voltage it needs. cant help more from here :-)

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

What i read here, guys dont make refunds. Its probably taking longer as shippment of the miners. Thats clear, when they ordered and bought the pieces for you miner, then they have first to sell it and the refund you. Dont be dumb.

LOOOOL !
FYI, Bitmine can reuse all parts from an ASIC. If you ask for a refund, nothing BAD will happen to you, only Bitmine.ch will have less profit. And this is by their fault 100% !
Some of us (ME included) choose the refund, others choose the ASIC to be delivered.
Unfortunately nothing it's happens for more than HALF OF THE YEAR !!
So STOP spreading FUD !
Your logic it is so twisted !

And some of you need go to a doctor to get along that bitcoin has high risks and pre-orders are sort of gambling.

We are here to talk about ASICs, Bitcoin, money, hardware, software and other "addicting" stuff. Maybe this is too much for you or you can stop be so double-faced for a moment and delete your account on this forum.

@ makki
check the piece that is connecting all the blades. It has double-row plugs. It can easily happen that only one row is plugged in.
If that happens you have a behaviour as you described.

Check if the Raspberry Pi board is properly piggy backed on the little red board below it, mine was loose as well in one of the desks.  After fitting it properly all was well and the machine was booting op in 15 seconds...

Can someone help me. I'm trying to call Bitmine and get answers of where my refund is (currently 49 days after I sent paperwork).

Calling from the US. Dialed 011 41 91 290 90 99

All I get is "the number you have dialed has not been recognized." Anyone know how to call them?

Their number was out of service today I guess, I had the same when dialing from Skype:

Code:
[19/05/14 15:27:07] xxx: Call started
[19/05/14 15:27:07] xxx: Call ended – phone network error

It's Europe so you have to use country code 0041 or +41 not 01 as for
 USA
Also, as stated on website lines are open Mon-Fri between 10am -12pm and 2pm-4pm. So you need to recalculate your time zone difference
