My story:
I have two orders : 1. 1Th CCD January batch, 2. 600Gh March week 3 batch. Both BTC payments. My first miner was sent in late April and arrived in Sofia, Bulgaria on 30 April. I authorized FedEx to carry out customs formalities for me. It took 16 /! / days. Customs required all my documents for payments that I printed from my Bitmine account and validated them by my signature. Then customs requested invoice from Bitmine because they refused to accept delivery note as valid payment document on which to charge me tax. My request to Bitmine for invoice has no answer yet. The customs agents drew attention to wrongly charged transport costs: real transportation costs were $ 79 but Bitmine had charged  $ 79 for each of my 4 upgrade modules. So I overpaid $ 316. On 13 May I managed to convince customs that I can't oblige a company in another country to give me an invoice, so they adopted a declaration from me that I paid $ 5838. On this amount I paid 20% VAT or $ 7000 total. Finally I got my precious on May 16 and...how frustrating - power cord and PSU did not match: power cord into shipment was C17 standard, PSU was C19 standard. I lost another day to find C19 power cord. Then my miner worked fine almost two weeks before module № 3 to fail. I contacted Bitmine support for RMA but they want to send them all the machine for repair not only the damaged module. This is not acceptable to me because: first, again I will have to arrange customs clearance, and second, repair will take a week and more. I wasted enough time, and now one of the modules. I hope you understand why I'm so upset. But I have an additional reason to be upset: I recommended Bitmine to my friends and they have lost a lot of money there. They asked refund but I doubt they will get their money.

Very sorry to hear about all the problems you had to go through. All the stories we have been hearing paint a not so pretty picture of being an amateur miner, and also of the customer support of Bitmine. Swiss business efficiency is clearly something they boast about but not live up to.

One of my 3 modules is not working properly (hashing at about 50 GHS down from 200) when not working in turbo mode. I think it happens whenever Vcore is set under 0.85V (0.83V is nominal).

Has anyone experienced this? Unfortunately this topic is littered with trolls so it's hard to find useful information. Thanks!

no issue here, I run at 850mV or 860mV using 1000MHz clock and 4000kbps without issues on 3x5 modules so far...

They are not a scam but they are incompetent idiots that thought "hey lets start a bitcoin miner company, how hard can it be?"

Anyway, please dont post stupid big letter comments in the thread, it will only get you ignored.

How do you cool the CCD and what is ambient temp?

If I do that with 860mV I run >5% error. 1% HW errors is 2GH per module nominal (800Mhz) and 2.5GH at 1000MHz loss. So that would be 5 modules X 2.5 GH X 5 = >62.5GH in HW errors for my 1TH machine -> not worth the added total GHz and power consumption for me...

I run 875 Mhz, 860mV to keep error rate around or below 1% (depending on ambient temp) and power between 1190-1220 Watt for a Hashrate of 1.1+ TH.

added new monkeys to my list! Welcome  Cool

If you are in the forum just to use your ignore button, I invite you to let you go, with your contributions so unique you do is insult a good part of this forum that has caught your money in a company called BITMINE.

We already have enough of them to ignore the emails, calls and other for also having to put up with you.

I invite all colleagues who have trusted Bitmine and still have not got the money to ignore this user really the only thing it does is disrespect.

Holy shit, they actually paid out some bitcoin refunds today?! Shocked
https://blockchain.info/address/1Cz1pTK8GxsJqdHQrFLWh77WwYsyqyDX3k

I checked that at least one those recipients had sent money to Bitmine in December, so it looks like an actual refund.

So I checked these settings with my pools and find them useless. Running 1000 MHz at 860 mV actually gives me less hashing power than running 875 MHz at 860 mV. Hardware Errors with this setting went up to more than 5%. Cgminer shows an average 1,21 TH/s hashing rate with this setting on the desks but my hashing speed with the pool was 1,05 TH/s (tested with ghash.io and eligius over 8 hours each), while 875 MHz/860 give me 1,11 TH/s with about 150W less energy comsumption.

sent a couple of e-mails to Bitmine and got this reply

Quote
Kerim (Bitmine AG)
Jun 02 16:58

Dear Mr. XXXXX,

I am sorry to hear you weren't refunded. On the 27th of may I sent a note with a list of names including yours, reminding I got confirmation that those people received assurance that their payment would arrive within the 30th. On the 30th I sent another note, and only today I received confirmation that some of these people have been paid but for some reason you weren't. You may feel insulted to hear this again, but the only thing I can tell you is to bear some more patience until your payment arrives.

Best regards,

petamine itself sell their customers hardware instead of mining with it. now the shareholders have to pay a ton of money for the loan taken to buy the new one.

supporting a scam company? no. not even bitmine is making such a bad performance.

Edit: no guarantee for used devices! finger away!

Follow the money people.

Anyone without their miner or their refund (including me - also NOT refunded on the 30th as promised by Kerim) looks like to be shafted real soon now.

The well known address 1Cz1pTK8GxsJqdHQrFLWh77WwYsyqyDX3k has now transferred 1435 BTC to 1Fwy1ohpdinkcsTSkEJ4pvRnLj3Q8TVSp5

That's $900k that's been moved away from the main address.

Bitmine - please can you provide confirmation or denial that the address 1Fwy1ohpdinkcsTSkEJ4pvRnLj3Q8TVSp5  is controlled by you?

Good luck all.

NO ONE ELSE GIVE ANY MONEY TO BITMINE - IT'S ABOUT TO IMPLODE
