I would have expected much more from India. It's the world's largest democracy and has the third largest economy, and PHS is an epic flop. Check it: India 41, Belarus 41, Ukraine 158.

Japan's also stands out: Japan 25, Argentina 27, New Zealand 28, China 1747.

There's relative strength in Eastern Europe, which is cool. There must be a strong regional cultural appear?

And the Android version is doing way better than I would have expected...  Huh

China has adopted cryptos quite fast,..... population FTW. But the general adaption to cryptos in India does seem about right, when they enter we should see a boost in all cryptos (if). India has a long history with gold which might be the reason.

Hi All,
Noob here  Smiley.  I've had a few stones in my wallet since Jan 19 (plus added more every few days since), but I see none in 'stake' yet, am I just being impatient?

I love these stones btw  Grin

Oh and my wallet is unlocked and I let it synchronise every day.

Cheers

Still nothing in stake yet, any ideas what I've done wrong (or not done)?

Hold mouse over green checkmark bottom right (or console 'getinfo' and compare height), see the block number, compare to

http://www.diamondblocks.info/chain/Philosopherstone?count=20

It should be close or the same.  If so you can pm me the address and I can look it up. Very small amounts can take longer, but it's a good deal of time, unless you reset age by sending PHS out of the wallet since then?

I received a small payment to my wallet of type "Mined" but my Stake field still shows 0.  How is that possible?  I'm using wallet version 1.3.3.1

The same thing is happening to me. Zero stake even though I should have some, and I am getting stake mined coins.

Stake amount(stones spent+interest) only shows for about 50 blocks (2hours) then it returns to your balance, it's just held for this amount of time. What you guys see as 'mined' is the actual small 'interest'(reward for supporting network) payment paid on some stones you held. To see the amount which created this 'interest' just right click on the small mined amount row, copy address ,and paste it into explorer, where you can see the amount which minted (and how old they were). (it shows as mined if it's mined or minted)

In getmining info you'll also notice the weight dropped and now starts again with the added minted amount for your next stake.

Hmmm.  The address for that transaction shows as (n/a) and there's nothing to paste.

Hm ya it might not work after confirmation, try to double click on it (one that shows mined), you'll see a window pop up, copy the transaction ID (or to: will shows address), should work =p

That worked Smiley  Thanks again.

Freaked me out for a moment to see a withdrawal.  The way the calculation is done, it shows the minted stones as deposits and then withdraws them, less the interest.  Had to bust out the calculator to make sure, lol.

The client is not syncing.
As I understand node discovery via IRC is broken.
Any add nodes?

Any add nodes?

Yep IRC and the backup IRC now bans all 'bitcoin-type' nodes.

There was a seednode coded in a few versions ago as a backup but it got overloaded.  Will need to add a seednode or two, and will see about a proper DNS seed update soon.

For the time being, if you are solo mining or minting, make sure you have 8-12 connections at the minimum, or you may do an 'offline' type fork until you connect to more nodes.

To add to .conf for some starter nodes, and restart client.

Code:
addnode=69.90.132.227
addnode=96.237.61.23
addnode=54.201.128.214
addnode=216.155.151.242
addnode=121.109.132.108
addnode=68.0.160.3
addnode=108.30.19.61
addnode=213.133.100.5
addnode=66.33.245.223

If you have a node/nodes that run at least frequently please add to thread or pm it/them

thanks digeros for nodes

I will try to setup a dns seed on Minar.cc so maybe we can bypass this irc blocking thing.

Here are a few including seed node and pool node:
Code:
addnode=54.201.128.214
addnode=216.155.151.242
addnode=121.109.132.108
addnode=68.0.160.3

addnode=66.33.245.223
addnode=69.90.132.227
addnode=96.237.61.23

Minar.cc pools are not running anymore, the domain was registered by someone else and I don't have any relationship with the new owner.

Hello. Sheinsha, can you please answer, today started mining on phs.minar.cc. Wrote to you from the pool, but my mail seems gone, so have to double the question here.
Mining from today's morning with average 7000Khash/s. But up till now see neither unconfirmed, nor confirmed payments. Is that possible that the whole pool with avg speed 20-30Mhash/s didn't calculate a single block for 12 hours?

Hi!
The pool stats were frozen, i have just restarted that script and all blocks should be showing up nicely, Everything has been accounted and no share or coins were lost.

Also all accounts with auto payout enabled were sent their coins too.

EDIT: I have replied you your email, did not realise you had different usernames in forum/pool...

yep. already seen everything in place. really nice to deal with you. at least your pools that I use are working as they should Smiley
A pity that not all the coins I need you offer to mine. Anyway good at least that some are present at minar.cc.
Thanks again  Smiley

Is there a location where I can view all the various pools to join? I'm interested in throwing about 1,200 kh/s at PHS for a while but want to know what my options are.

Cheers,
