COTI directly addresses this issue. users with high Trust Scores (another revolution we brin gto the online payments industry--we incentivize good behaviour, promote trust, this has not been done before on a cryptocurrency level) enjoy transactions with very low fees, it can even be for free. Also we can easily deal with 10.000 transactions per second, which means that your demand will be processed almost instantly (In comparison, Bitcoin can only deal with 7 transactions per second, resulting in wasted time and frustration).
