Bobsag3 is it possible for you to see if payments have gone through to BA even though its not your site? I sent a wire 14th december and it still says waiting for payment. I'm getting a little worried that i sent to wrong place. BA's support seem to ignore emails unfortunately.

If you are having trouble finding your BTC payment address, look carefully in all the emails you've gotten from BA.

The way gmail conversations work, it might not appear as a new email but a reply to a previous one.

BA may want to address this, Im sure its caused enough issues already.

Have you received payment? am i still in the first batch for Feb 24 delivery?  I have sent you 2 PM with my order number and have sent numerous emails to sales@minersource.net and i have not seen any responses. can you please reach out to me with a status.

I think i am in the same boat as you torbtc. I sent a wire transfer 7 days ago and it said it would arrive to him on Dec 19. On Dec 20 it shows they received the money. Ive been messaging bobsag3 for over 3 days already and still have not received any response and it still says under payment state that the balance is due in my order/account on https://minersource.net/account. I already had a big error when i first tried to order. At this point i am getting a bit frustrated at the pace and/or lack of support.

I did include the number with my wire transfer. But just incase you did not receive the number i just sent a PM here with my order number. How long should i expect to wait until my payment status is changed on your site ?

We're absolutely on track for Feb 24th. We're going to be unaffected by the Chinese new year.

Orders are shipped by the order they're paid.

Wish I could just skip January... Grin

Yea blackarrow has been really bad letting people know were batches were.  First they said batch 1 was closed, and were going into batch 2.  Now there saying that batch 1 is open, but hey were shipping your units march 10, instead of February 24.  It's pretty pathetic actually, to see this company with a good product, to have such terrible customer service.  Instead of just hiring people for 2 dollars an hour, they would rather try and do it themselves, and at the end of the day it's just costing them some serious $ signs

First batch is still feb 24 and batch 1.5 is March...They have said why batch1 was closed because every chip was sold but they were told they could get more for double the price. Perfectly understandable. And BA has shown much better customer service than many other asic manufacturers.

Sarcasm aside, we're doing the best we can. As I explained before, we want to hire long term employees rather than hiring a few people, training them, then firing them when the rush is over. We're working on implementing automation that will allow for a much easier transaction via BTC. We're working on adding resellers. As time progresses, things will get better. I'm sorry that there is such a delay.

Also, I'm sorry for not being on top of the PM's here. I still have to wait 5 minutes between replies.

For those who are interested in becoming a reseller, please email the following:

1. a scanned copy of your business registration details
2. a scanned copy of the ID of the director
3. confirmation that you've read, understood and accept our terms and conditions.
4. your website address
5. the link where our products will be sold
6. the complete address where you want your goods shipped (including post/zip code)
7. contact phone number where you can be reached by the courier

Anyone have the new telephone number for https://minersource.net ? The one on black arrows website is old and not in use. I know bobsag3 said in a previous post that he requested for them to put the new info, but its not there still. Constantly going back and fourth with emails and PM's is a long and frustrating process, especially when some of them are never answered. If anyone can help regarding this it would be appreciated.

That's not what they said, they repeatedly said batch1 is set for original ship date, batch 2 is march ship date. If you followed this thread the last few days you'd know that so i assume this is a troll post.

That's not what they said, they repeatedly said batch1 is set for original ship date, batch 2 is march ship date. If you followed this thread the last few days you'd know that so i assume this is a troll post.

Batch 1 is when we get all of the ASICs created.

Batch 1 will be shipped starting Feb 24th 2014. Because of the number of orders, if you buy now, your order will be shipped after March 10th 2014.

This date change is less about what batch you're in and more about when you can expect your product to ship. This date change is done as a courtesy.

We can't ship all orders on Feb 24th. That's just not realistic.

BA Matt - I have been quite impressed with the attentiveness of BA on this forum. 

People complain but I want to give you guys kudos for generally being on top of it.  Most people don't want to read back through the thread to see the explanations.  Keep up the impressive work.  I have an order in for February - order #3075 and I will be placing another this week for March.

Just an FYI update,

My order issue has been cleared by Julia Smiley

2 X3's on Order 2076, just sent my last (literally, left: 0.00076256 BTC, lmao)  BTC to BA at 7 confirmations now. Smiley

I will not be whining regarding this issue anymore, lol
