Mods are gonna have to do some more slashing and burning in here… gone way off topic and leaning into trivial spats again.
oh and just to keep this on topic:
KEN WHERE ARE OUR FUCKEN CHIPS, FARMS, SHARES, AND SHIPPED MACHINES?
did eAsic fuck up? We are not sure who really went wrong, Ken or eASIC, but it was one of them. I invested with the expectation that we would have eASIC chips in full production at the end of December as the absolute worst case scenario. We have passed that point and still only have <3TH online. No shares, no eASIC, maybe a little hope?

Additionally the problem of several weeks worth of dividends needs to be tended to.

Whatever you believe you deserve, you won't get it, so you may as well stop right there.

Empathy is lacking in this thread - swap shoes with Ken, then consider how you'd react to the vitriol flooding in from a minority of investors and non-investors who completely drown out the rest of us.

That wasn't a best or worse case scenario, it was a realistic one. People just seem to ignore the facts when they are invested.

Yeah, Ken already has our money and business seems running. Why should he care about shares and such things...

... by providing detailed updates. Or at least close to it. He never mentions what kind of delay, or even what the estimated setback in time would be. They just edit the webpage and remove shipping information and say the word delay. I would love to see why people put so much faith into the sporadic and general details that are given out as it is. His linkedin profile is a joke for a CEO of 3 companies. 2 being get rich quick schemes.

quote defcoin ==== LOL... oh no, the coin is dead cause $DEV doesn't live on BCT! When will you people learn that everything on here is completely irrelevant next to useless. Devs need to stop using it all together, only then can crypto begin to flourish. It's such a shame that people consider this shit hole to be the pinnacle of information when it comes to developments. I don't blame $DEV for not coming on here, and frankly I am embarrassed that I even check BCT myself.

I would have thunk that such a delay would have necessitated at least one custom payout by now, so much for thunking.

His linkedin profile is a joke for a CEO of 3 companies. 2 being get rich quick schemes. Detailed, consistent updates are definitely the way to go. If you don't want scam accusations, if you don't want people hounding you down, and if you don't want people getting authorities involved then the best idea is to communicate all delays and changes to the plan as soon as possible to the people who have invested in you. Gathering money from people and then going AWOL from the only form of communication with these people for entire weeks at a time is not a good way to instill trust or confidence. The reason we beg for pictures is because Ken isn't being detailed enough with his words. If he told us exactly where were at with miners we wouldn't scream for pictures. The reason we scream for shares is because he haven't been given an update about them for almost three weeks. We can understand that he has a lot on his plate. We're not asking him to work even harder if he is already at the edge, but I don't understand why it is wrong to expect someone to devote 10 minutes a day to this thread with a quick update when we hit a roadblock, make some progress, change plans, have new estimates. I personally don't think that is too much to ask. But that is just my very humble opinion. Just some examples of what we would like to see instead of what we are seeing. "We are working on xxxx." <<< "Expect xxxx to be done in 10 days at this rate." or "We have devoted 100% of our manpower to yyyy." <<< "As you know we started yyyy, #### of days ago and we are now about 50% of the way there." or "There was a delay with the chips." <<< "We have experienced an issue with zzzz part of the chips and have been informed that this will set us back #### of days." Now these types of updates don't give us the full picture and could be ballparks and estimates, but they would allow for a lot of the speculation on this thread to be grounded in some form of reality and allow investors to be able to make smarter decisions. It will hinder the trolls from stirring up issues which will in turn slow down the howling and bickering that is on this forum and stop scaring away customers. EDIT: I just only hope Ken will understand this. There is no decent reason to hide information (except for specific secrets such as how exactly Intelihash works) from us as this is merely a "Get to the market as soon as possible" endeavor.

Sorry for the delay in getting Crypto-Trade up and running. I am still working on some legal aspects of the tender offer.
(Guess I'm going to be a little active today). Anyone quite understand the bolded line? What are legal aspects of the ender offer referring to? What exactly is a tender offer?

I would interpret the 'tender offer' as the whole process of tendering BF shares to ACtM and the relisting of them on another exchange. Think SEC.
In other words, because BF was shutting down Ken was obliged to offer his shareholders a new home. That's the tender offer - it was not a compulsory scheme.

Yeah he has tenderly relieved us all of any connection whatsoever to ACTM... A screenshot of your Bitfunder account??? That's fucken laughable and hardly holds up as proof of anything. Now think hard; what else is there to link any of us to monies we have handed over to nonexistent BTCT/Bitfunder in the name of so far nonexistent Active Mining Corp??
Ken Slaughter has also failed to mention "shares" in the last two updates... What's more he has completely disappeared from this forum whereas before he had quite a presence.
I can think of 3 other situations in "bitcoin investment land" this past year, where no news absolutely did not equal to good news...
NDA=BS
p.s. I suggest we all get our proverbial pitchforks and torches at the ready because if one more scheme in this fake ass world of "bitcoin mining investments" gets away with it: we all look like assholes.
p.p.s. I just saw American Hustle and although it's a great movie... all I could think about was being conned.

knybe, what are you on? The IPO is on page 1. Ken is bound to the share issue and div split as detailed in the prospectus. If he dishonestly breaches that pledge he will go to prison, end of, period. No ifs and no buts. Please get you perspective back on this.

Can you, minerpart, prove to me or anyone else without a shadow of a doubt that you "own" shares in this virtual company?
Think about it and prove to me that we all legally have rights to a claim in ACTM.
also, I truly want to believe that all will go well but my personal timeline and patience has run out. We are in the need-to-know phase and Ken is massively failing us.

Also, minerpart, please explain to me how the IPO offer on the first page is a legally binding contract of anything on this rinky dink forum?? The man can go and change the wording of it to imply anything at his whim.

As a matter of fact, I'm amazed that anyone "invests" anything with people in this forum based on an "IPO post." an IPO? on this forum? It looks like a gaming forum with nasty trolls and all! It's like: let's play stockbroker with play money called bitcoins, yay! That is insanity.
chalk this one up to a learning experience.

entrophy it seems you are confused.
The other day we were talking about a specific, non-fraudulent, breach of legislation - one is being prosecuted by the SEC right now on a 'fine punishment' basis.
Today we are talking about fraudulent taking of peoples issued shares. That is a far more serious offence and would be prosecuted with a prison sentence as the outcome.
