Eduardo - you are playing with fire. You want to cut down on the coke mate and wake up a bit - smell the coffee. You won't be getting your deals in prison, not unless you are prepared to 'work' for them. It's all downhill for you from here.  Smiley

Mr Hashfast-

just as you seem a bit slow to catch on/paranoid - I'm not the one after you. I'm talking about the lawyers and specifically the Judge who you should be meeting sooner rather than later. I wonder what evidence they will take into account. mmm Just keep keeping your customers happy. lol

But don't get paranoid dude, try to stay calm, I'm not interested in a pathetic little runt like you. I honestly wouldn't waste my time threatening a short-arsed, low-life, coke head - with a drug-related squint. No the big boys on the wing will do all the sorting out I could ever hope for. Payment was intentionally in fiat I believe in order to avoid the BFL & Hashfast payment/refund fiasco's that we're all constantly seeing.

i cannot believe that refunds are only by cheque and not in BTC, I am flabbergasted that this seems to be a minor detail.

Yes Ken has stated that all refunds go in Fiat. All Purchases should have been paid in Fiat and BTC has no part in the buying of hardware. We are not bound to refund in BTC value. I stated this earlier as the biggest advantage AcTM Investors have going for them and the biggest downfall AcTM Customers could face if they end up requesting refunds.

We could refund everyone's money and still probably be up enough to buy some miners since we started taking orders way back when BTC was worth $100-$200 and Ken has hinted at keeping a lot of money in BTC to ride the tide upwards.

This is slightly incorrect. All purchases are in fiat with the option to use Bitcoin as the medium. However using Bitcoin does not entitle one to a Bitcoin valued refund. This is a good thing because it's the only way a Bitcoin economy can work. If all merchants had to offer a refund in Bitcoin value no one would ever accept the damn things.

Ha ha ha!  HashFast has hax0red Ken's Intellihash and is mining with your intelectual property.  Making crazy coin.  Why do you think Ken's not hashing yet, huh?  Thaaaat's right.

So we know that Ken traditionally responds to the community when the pitch forks come out and given the last few days has seen hysteria of epic proportions (I'm still cringing at the 'Let's contact eAsic movement'), we can expect a significant weekly update in about 8 hours.  Ken doesn't read this joke of a thread but he's always up to date on the sentiment and wants to keep his shareholders happy.  I'm going to speculate on the content of tonight's update because in doing so, Ken might get an idea of what people's expectations are.

I'd say that Ken will not have a date to give us for shares going live however he will tell us the one single reason, which is out of his control, why this hasn't happened yet.

I's say that Ken is going to finally throw us a nugget regarding the chips and will go as far as to reveal a time window.

Finally, I'd like to make it absolutely clear that I did not offer to pay VE/Canadian Guy any money for any reason other than to purchase the fictitious miner from him in an attempt to expose his lies and deceit.

Here are all the PM's that ever occurred between myself and VE/Canadian Guy....

Hi CanadianGuy,

I read that you are looking to sell the miner you acquired from Activemining.

Is this still the case?  If so, what price are you thinking of and would you be able to deliver to the UK?

Can I ask what hash rate you are currently getting?

Many thanks,

zumzero

4TH platinum and I'm getting more than double what i ordered. i was staring at it while drinking my beer and it almost hit 9th. highest offer so far is $45k and i said no. how much higher can you go? you cool with john k escrow? i want to buy active shares first before i show pictures, but if you're fine with trusting john K then ill still sell it. how about 60k?

Hi CanadianGuy,

I am willing to discuss trading ActM shares for the unit instead of cash.  That way we could close the deal very quickly indeed and you could ship the unit soon.  As I'm in the UK it may take up to three weeks for delivery if you are in Canada?

Thanks.

Sure.  how would we do this? i can ship express which should take much less time than that

Shipments gets held for 2-3 weeks in the UK while they calculate and charge import duty/tax, or at least that was my recent experience waiting for my BFL hardware from the states even though they express shipped the good into the UK in only a few days.  So are you in Canada?  How many shares are you looking for CanadianGuy?

ok i did the math and 200,000 shares would be good

Quoted for posterity.

Cool I knew he was a dirty liar, here's more proof. But he will be back on here after tonight's update trying to lay the law down. He's a scammer and liar.

i was going to walk away from this thread but now zumzero has sparked my interest to stay.  how can we be so sure those PMs have not been edited?  are we supposed to trust him on that?

he should give his password to a trusted member so they can prove they are real

Didn't you offer to pay for pictures of his machine? Why would you be Canadian guy? Anyways, there really isn't any reason to worry about any of this. From Ken's recent actions we can easily deduce that any relevant news will come out BEFORE we get access to shares, no matter what kind of fud or anything else gets posted on this forum it really has no bearing on any of this operation.

I'd say that Ken will not have a date to give us for shares going live however he will tell us the one single reason, which is out of his control, why this hasn't happened yet.

I doubt this will happen. Any reason will be wishy washy as per usual. ("Sorting out legal stuff", "Ok done with legal stuff", "Opps sorting out legal stuff again")

I's say that Ken is going to finally throw us a nugget regarding the chips and will go as far as to reveal a time window.

No way we are getting a true eASIC nugget of real information until after January, until then I doubt he will say much.

Finally, I'd like to make it absolutely clear that I did not offer to pay VE/Canadian Guy any money for any reason other than to purchase the fictitious miner from him in an attempt to expose his lies and deceit.

Who cares? So many little minds in this thread that constantly remind me how stupid I was.
