When can Ken reveal more about intellihash; what it's is, what it does and how it works? I would like to be able to understand what makes intellihash a 'game changer'. Thanks.
Intellihash allows the chips to actually work this time - thus, "game changer". Its a joke, kids.

i cannot believe that refunds are only by cheque and not in BTC, I am flabbergasted that this seems to be a minor detail.
Yeah, with bank delays none-the-less. Oh, and they haven't written many checks from this account, so either they just aren't getting the requests, or a new account was open to process money. Strange, but don't care as long as that cash hits the bank for use.

quote defcoin ==== LOL... oh no, the coin is dead cause $DEV doesn't live on BCT! When will you people learn that everything on here is completely irrelevant next to useless. Devs need to stop using it all together, only then can crypto begin to flourish. It's such a shame that people consider this shit hole to be the pinnacle of information when it comes to developments. I don't blame $DEV for not coming on here, and frankly I am embarrassed that I even check BCT myself.

So let's get this straight.
A week ago VE as Canadianguy posted that he had recieved a VMC mining machine and was watching it pump out BTC while he supped beer. He offered to sell the machine via PM for ACtM shares.
Then a few days ago VE as Canadian guy said ACtM is a scam and that he didn't have a miner atall. He said he was paid 5BTC from zumzero to lie about having the machine and that zumzero was a Slaughter. (He has not shown any proof of PM's from Zumzero or a blockchain transaction for the imaginary 5BTC.)
Now VE is back and showing interest in ACtM shares being listed and acting like nothing happened.
OK they are the facts. Now can someone try to explain the rationale behind his tricks of the last week? What was it for? Is he mentally unstable? He veers from huge supporter to death-threat issuer by the day. What is wrong with this guy??
Well thats a bit compressed. From what I recall, upon mention that we were looking at getting listed on an exchange, VE'd attitude moved more towards cheerleader. Then CanadianGuy popped up claiming to have a machine. I assume this ruse was mean to crescendo past the official listing/start of trading of shares so he could get out entirely. Things have dragged and he's probably as tired as the rest of us, since this stretched out over a couple months, and has been painted into too small a corner on the alleged machine and has aborted the plan. Shitty thing to do, but it seems par for the course here. If I was looking at a 5 or 6 figure investment in this, i'd probably be thinking of doing the same, haha.

I get the hyping the imaginary machine bit to pump shares - but what's with claiming Zumzero paid him 5BTC and making out he was a member of the Slaughter family and saying the company is a scam?

if a machine had shipped ken would have been screaming about it from the rooftop of that underground air raid shelter thing where he parks his car. He's only silent about his shortcomings.

I have a feeling that the next update will be an announcement of upcoming news because he can only give non-updates for so long.

I like your theory. Eventually he has to get tired of not succeeding...

ActiveMining isn't the only stock waiting to be up and running on some sort of exchange. Two mining companies I am familiar with are CIPHERMINE and BUY-A-HASH. The owners of CIPHERMINE are building their own exchange called Cipher-Trade which has been delayed until February. Neither operations have trade-able shares as they are waiting for the Cipher-Trade exchange to go live. Benny, the operator of BUY-A-HASH is active on the litecointalk forum and has posted this recently about his operation:
"Also, the Hong Kong corporation has been fully established with a director appointed. We're now filing paperwork with the SEC to get everything kosher."
A similar predicament we see ActiveMining going through.

Payment was intentionally in fiat I believe in order to avoid the BFL & Hashfast payment/refund fiasco's that we're all constantly seeing. i cannot believe that refunds are only by cheque and not in BTC, I am flabbergasted that this seems to be a minor detail.

No one care about the typo/error in VMC/eASIC's press release?
On top of virtualminingcorp.com website, we read "VMC uses eASIC to Achieve 24.756 TH/s Bitcoin Miner", which was just the title of the press release on 4th Sep. 2013. However, the whole website of VMC tells us that the miner's speed is 24.576 TH/s. So eASIC/VMC just made a joke?
Who cares?

That is the last straw for me. I'm out.
Is this weather going to have an effect? Looking at the satellite image Kansas City and below seem to be missing out on the really cold air?

Except Ken's not establishing a Hong Kong corporation, not appointing a director, and not filing paperwork with the SEC. Otherwise virtually identical. My firm, IronLung LLC, has much more in common with Active Mining: We manufacture nothing, we mine nothing, we don't communicate with our shareholders, our shareholders do not receive dividends AND our shares are not trading. We're often mistaken for each other at parties.
