with all due respect, Sir, i'm pretty sure there's no requirement to have any fucking sort of a reality base whatsoever to one's mouthflappings in this particular venue, Sir
Are you going to give us the run-down on whose farm it is and what machines they are using? They have 2 PH and they are buggy hardware - they are not KNC machines.

Ken, whose board is in those pictures? What chips are on that board?
This is a board that our engineer designed and those are BFL chips. He will be designing a reference board for our DIY for our 55nm and 28nm chips like this one. How about postin' a pic that doesn't look like pixel art? Also, your chips are pin-compatible to BFL? Honest Injun? I think he is saying that that isn't the board for the 55nm, but a board one of the engineers made for the BFL chip. No, it would have to be a redesign, but not much of one. It doesn't even sound like you're trying to be convincing anymore. You're just randomly slopping together a bunch of lies of chips that don't even match what you're showing. Everyone is calling you on your lie, so just shut up already with this bullshit. it's 2014 and that picture quality doesn't even exist anymore, not even with a 20 year old camera. Get real...

Pictures of that poor of quality simply do not exist anymore, unless they are deliberately made that way. Ken should be ashamed of himself to think we would actually eat that up.. they aren't even bfl chips for fuck sakes..

C'mon now, some people are eating it up. Is Ken lying, what's going on? It's quite a conundrum now isn't it? lol Find out next Wednesday on. Active.. Mining! Seriously though, those pictures are a joke. Plus if MrTeal is right, then ken lied about another dumb thing for little reason on the last page. It's quite exhausting.

Remember I said if we aren't hashing by end of November that means things are going wrong or its a scam and we might as well accept the end. I was right. The only shame is that it was before the end of November that Ken blocked our shares.

Wow can no one see that the image of the board and chips that is posted that you guys are so wildly claiming as that pic quality don't exist any more is of a smaller image BLOWN up to a Very much larger scale and that is why the Quality of the image was so drastically reduced
If anyone cares to see the True clear image then check out the Chip Sale link and you can see the UN-blurred Image
So get real VE and Grow up and Act like a man and not a Butt hurt 2 year old and calling in False Reports to the Mo Div of Sec.
Because you do know that when they clear him of your False Claims, that you can Be arrested for Filing a False Report to a State Agency, I hope you took that into account when you called the false claims in.
Also by filing the false claims you also opened your Self up to Lawsuit for Deformation of Character and Slander, Not to mention also when they clear him they will be providing ken with a full report of all the info they have on their investigation of the person who made the reports to them and the persons Personal info also......... So BEWARE VE I see LOTS of Legal trouble in your Future esp if ken lets them know about your death threats you made against his life and the fact that he can back them up with proof from this Forum
Enjoy your Time in jail and pending lawsuits you will most likely be facing

Are you stupid? Any claims of fraud and misrepresentation are completely valid right now, anyone arguing that this isn't bullshit is a liar.
For the claim to not be false, these people would have to have their money back.

Some loser just paid 0.0005 for 7 shares. Perhaps Ken trying to inspire confidence?
Ken, you said that you are using the million dollars paid to eASIC as part of the new 28 custom but also say that you're looking for other vendors too. So if you choose another vendor that isn't eASIC do they give you the money back?
Please be clear.

Also please prove to us you control an address with 1000+ bitcoin.
If you can't do this it means you spent all that bitcoin buying 'people's ASIC'.

$3/GH/s just for chips, with delivery in two months? That's a little steep considering the chips are untested, and you can get chips that will give the same $/GH/s and J/GH numbers with immediate shipment and have a whole host of tested designs available.
You are forgetting ActM intellihash™©® chips will mine $5000/BTC bitcoins, all the rest mine coins worth closer to $500.

Hey, thanks. Didn't see that one. This one makes it perfectly clear that Ken is lying like a rug. http://s11.postimg.org/6zxtmngcj/kenfraud.jpgThis is a BitFury chip (see inset image, everything *down to the package markings* matches). The board also has no voltage regulation, probably going for the daisy chain power scheme possible with BitFury chips. That had high failure rates and was abandoned AFAIK, but i haven't followed it, so not sure. Ken's total ignorance in electronics really hobbles his lying here. 0/10. Do.Not.Want.

So, Bargraphics is taking an active role in this scam. Guess the Terrahash thing paid off well. Wundershill starts #actm, an invite-only irc chan. <Bargraphics> If you cannot get into #ActM then register an account on IRC - http://www.afterdawn.com/tech_support/answer.cfm/can_i_register_my_nick_on_an_irc_network<Bargraphics> and PM me on forums to prove you are who you say you are <Bargraphics> Once you are invited you will remain invited What's particularly jaw-dropping is folks are willingly going there. Why are we over analyzing pictures of a chip that we know hasn't been spun yet.
Ken has said on multiple occasions that they opted to not go for a small sample run and instead have placed a full order. That schedule has been released you know there are no chips yet so why all of the concern over what must be some stock photo.
All of you who keep calling this a scam need to step back and review the risk of an investment. There is never a guarantee that your investment will return a profit. You might yet loose money in this... that remains to be seen. But a failed investment doesn't make it a scam regardless of how sure you were of the investment.

If Ken said it was a stock image, it would have ended right there. He didn't - he said the board was made by the "stealth startup" that he allegedly bought. But he fucked up, not knowing dick about electronics in general, and ASICs in particular. The chips aren't BFL, they're BitFury. Ken can't even lie right. If Ken actually had engineers to advise him, he wouldn't make such laughable blunders. The guy is not just a scammer, he's an incompetent scammer.

It's not a scam, Ken goofed (Which honestly I don't know how as those chips are OBVIOUSLY bitfury) The board is legit, it IS for bitfury chips and I know the 55nm chips will have a similar packaging. The Engineering team has working custom bitfury boards, the same design will likely be used for ActM's 55nm chips At this point there's two options. You either believe the trolls who have never met with Ken or the Engineering team that he hired/bought the IP from. Or you join up in #ActM and get real information from someone who actually flew to California and met with Greg / People's ASIC and happened to fly to Missouri and met with Ken. The trolls will try to make this black and white and it's not. Ken is obviously not listening to the engineering company or letting them tell him what to say because saying these are BFL chips is absurd. I have total faith that Ken from this point forward will consult with his engineering team before posting on here and clarify his misunderstanding
