Is it just me or does this look like a really obvious scam, the miners look like photoshoped bread bins ? Has anyone received one yet ? As far as I am concerned, they can send me my mining boards loaded with A1 chips in a shoe box wrapped in toilet paper... as long as the thing hashes 1.2 Gh/s I will be happy. My old BFL singles were lovely. Nice custom case and everything. I ripped off the covers and threw them away, stripped out and replace the fans, reset the heat sinks with thermal cement and reflashed the firmware ... my BFL singles are now ugly but run 20% higher hash rate without errors. And at the end of the day, when they cost more to run than they produce in hashrate, they are not something I will keep on my mantle. Antminers have the right idea - just get it done and don't worry about looks. That is what I want and hope AMT will delivery, beautiful case or no.

Ok, AMT...
You were right on the page with all the errors, when you updated the wattage to 900-1200W...
Just above that, it still says... (On the additional information tab) Weight: 8.0 lbs Size: 20x10x22 cm
Yet, on the "Description" tab, it still says... Weight: 18.0 lbs Size: 18x7x18 (?? in/cm/km/ft/mi/yd ??)
It is not 20x10x20 cm... and I doubt it only weighs 8.0 lbs... You changed the power right on the same page! lol
You don't need to repeat that redundant information.
Remove the Weight and Size from "description". It is more of "additional information".
Actually, Move wattage to "Description"... and put this crap on the "Additional information" Included accessories: 2x USB Cable 2x Network Cable 1x Power Cord Warranty: This unit’s system board has a lifetime warranty from manufacture defect or component failure.
That is "additional information" junk that is unimportant to the "description". (The accessories that accompany the device.) - Size (Though descriptive, most of us are not decorating with it) - Weight (Though descriptive, we are not lifting it for exercise) - Cables - Ribbons - Stickers - Software - Warranty
The "Description", is normally... (The units ability and looks. Size and weight are not looks or ability. It doesn't look 20x10x20 inches, it is that size, in addition to the looks.) - Name/Model - Speed - Power - Looks - Chip/Core-element
Just reminding you for the third time... (Makes it easier to update too, you don't have to look all over to change every instance that should actually be just one variable in the units database.)

i just spoke with my electrical subcontractor here on my jobsite. hes gonna come out to my house on friday and check my wiring to see if i can handle a 20amp breaker. he also said something about changing out the "r fault" for a regular 15A fuse and that would probably do the trick. im not an electrician so we'll see.

He is probably talking about an ARC-Fault breaker, This is a type of breaker used in bedrooms of new construction. If it senses any little thing, it will trip the breaker. My electrician seemed to think I shouldn't bother with arc-fault breakers. Do you use Fuses or breakers? Fuses were used a very long time ago, now we use breakers.
A regular 15amp breaker may JUST work. Make sure not to plug ANYTHING else into it except for that miner. I would advise a 20amp just to be safe. 15amp would be 1400W MAX.

I am connecting my miner to 208v/220v power. I am assuming AMT is using standard power supplies which can support this. If you are running new lines i would run the bigger line. It only requires a bigger breaker.

Another huge flag for a scam company is when they are looking to hire help. Has there even been a video of this 1.2 TH mining? I mean shit, if they are going to be shipping them out.. it takes 5 minutes to shoot a fricking video.
Sorry to say but this all still smells so so so much like labcoin.
Wow and they are saying if you order now you get March delivery and they haven't even delivered 1 unit!?!?!?!?!
It's like they set it all up like everything is great and shipping out to convince people to put that order in. When in reality not a damn thing has been done.

lol, i been meaning to increase the amperage for a while up there. if i so much as run two lights and try to iron my clothes for work at night the breaker trips (sometimes). it's annoying and the electrician is my subcontractor so hes doing it for very cheap.

let me add to that... they have not accepted phone calls for the past 72hrs. in the back of my head i am aware there is a strong possibility their totally unprofessional nature is due to the fact they stole my $6000 and never intended to mail me a miner. i may have missed the forest looking at the trees. no matter how many explanations they give for why they have handled issues in the manner they have their is always the underlying fact they handled things terribly. i used to stick up for AMT. All one has to do is look at the beginning of this thread and it's apparent i was vehemently opposed to anyone that had anything bad to say about AMT based on unsubstantiated proof. well... i have shut my mouth for months now because i'm fed up with AMT. if i get my miner great. if i don't i have myself to blame.

Not to stick up for the company, but why would they start telling everyone they are shipping if they wanted to delay or scam? I also didn't like they didn't respond to me, but perhaps they are concentrating on getting the units shipped out.
all things must come to an end. yes their communication skills are, to say the very least, lacking.

If he's uncertain about AMT delivery, then he should try to sell the unit to someone who might be more confident about AMT.
