I don't think this is going to be possible in this year 2018! $5,000 is too high and I think the highest it can go should be around $3,000 and it will come down to around $1,500 by the end of the year if the market behave the way it did in 2017. But if  this year is a bearish market year then we may not even get to $1,000

As you said, ICO team hold lots of ETH to dump, and there is less need of eth in the market, which is the reason ETH was dumped to 400.
Though I am optimistic about ethereum's long term performance, I am not sure about its short term one.

Yes why not. That's my spirit. There is no way why it can't go that price since all the other altcoins suddenly experience  their price is going up. I am hopeful it will if people and investors will help each other overtaking bitcoin for the time being it will soar up high.

It all depends on how big the next bull market will be and how much progress the dev team make by then. If they can get sharding working and more ICO's and things like the kitty games can run on it without sweat, price could soar.

You would need to be very well off to invested enough to be a millionaire from doing a 10x. I would say you would have to be one already or have sold your house or something which would be crazy.

There are a lot of reasons to go to $5000 and higher. Right now it is most advanced smart-contract platform while it's competitors have only promises and prototypes.

Very possible. I think Ethereum is well-groomed to reach that price. With all its features that are as unique as they are innovative in the world of cryptocurrency, Ethereum is one of a kind.
