In my opinion ethereum price will reach $1,500 to $2,800 before the end of the year. $5,000 price will reach that too but not this year maybe next year or 2 years. Looking forward, ethereum is very popular and has a potential than other altcoins.

the price is such a high feat that I wont predict for a new investor, in that if it doesnt reach the feat they wont be very disappointed. Is good to work with price prediction with crypto but is good to pick a reasonable price to take profit. the price might not exist for more than a minute is a space of 1 year.

Now that Ethereum are used by most ICO's do you think before the end of the year (2018) ethereum will go up to 5000 usd ?
Because for me I believe that ethereum has a potential to get that price before 2019 . What's your prediction ?

It is a possibility yes but it all depends on the general trend of the market and bitcoin. The first quarter of 2018 was one of the worst quarters crypto has ever seen. If market recovers fast and we see some action ethereum can come close to 5k .

Many ICOs have been using Ethereum blockchain platform for some time, It is also getting a lot of investors attention recently. So, it has got the prospect, but to get $5000, it has to make x10 which is not possible in the current circumstances. Ethereum can at best make $2000, not more than that by the end of this year.

That would put ethereum at 580 billion market cap, it is not possible! Market cap is very important when you look at coins. Ethereum is producing new ethereum every block so the circulating cap is increasing and increasing, that is why it will be hard to increase it's price to 5000$.

Ether at 5000 I like it very much. In my opinion, by the end of 2018 this threshold will be exceeded.
I think ETH will get to that price in the future, it's just that 2018 isn't likely the year for that. I think aiming for the $5k range is a bit exaggerated and it's irrational considering the price Ethereum is at and the movement of it's prices. I think in a few more years ETH will have surprising improvements, but that would depend entirely on how ETH performs this year. If ETH sets it's own record mark this year, there's no doubt ETH will soar high next year. |
