Thanks ditching DHCP and manually setting the IPv4 works. I can see the interface now.

Gratz  Grin

OK had it mining over an hour now, damn that fan's noisy, and nothing is happening at Bitminter, 0.0Ghps.

Can someone help me diagnose what's wrong please. I can ping it ok and it's got an address on my network, has my router as Gateway and DNS and 8.8.8.8 (Google). Router diagnostics all pass okay. It's like the it's not talking to the miner or the pool?

You are not mining dude. Connect the USB from the board to TPLINK remove any USB hubs in between. Connect 12V to board also
Seems like your board is not detected?
1. Remove the hub if you use any And/OR check USB hub cabling especially uplink
2. Connect the board to the router DIRECTLY and try again
3. ssh to router and post lsusb output

Success 39.7 Ghps at Bitminter!

Why doesn't it not like my Orico P10-U2-BK USB Hub? What make/model are you guys using?

Maybe it's because it's a premium USB hub which has surge protection?

I noticed the Hex16B was sending power back down the hub from the PC PSU!

I didn't need to power the hub to get the TP-Link powered. Is that normal?

According to marto Yes
It does not hurts. But i am not good with wires do not count on my opinion

After 2-3 hours you should be making 44GH stable just give the broad some time to level  Wink
Look at the api stats for actual rate
I am mining at bitminter also and most probably you are minig at diff 16 or 32 which can give you variation in bitminter hash rate +-15% sometimes more depending on luck.

The actual number og Ghs 100% correct will be seen in api-log. More over due to current implementation your HW errors will be always 0 they are not counted

I've put it on a cheap £2/$3 chinese no name USB hub (that always got stuck in sleep mode so i never used it) and it's working good!

I'm seeing 37.5-48.1 GH/s (0.44% rejects) for 38A/74w power draw at the wall, 20% PSU loss, means it's about 60w really.

I think items have Ben oversold and that is why it is taking so long to send them out. Quite likely the November orders are not ready and that is why shipping is marked as cancelled. If this was not the case it would not take more than 2 weeks to resend them.

The "I will refund you and not accept orders from you again" is nnot a normal approach to business imho.

But again you only hear back if you mention the word legal so... not really holding my breath to a response let alone to receiving my order.

That said I lot nearly 1 month of mining which yes is arguable but it is what it is so no, will not accept a simple refund yet, I want my items.

Actually the miner is not ready stock. They need up to 4 week for production & marto did mention about production problem with november order.

About cancelled shipping is from speedy side maybe due to document problem. I had similar problem with speedy & my miner stuck in speedy office for 3 week just because of proforma invoice. In the end marto still send proforma invoice with wrong item quantity.

I guess speedy don't want to take similar situation because i complain everyday to speedy by mail. My guess is you are not in EU right?

Well we are looking at november orders stuck in "cancelled" status and i understand what you are saying however if the only reply we get is "i will refund you and not accept orders from you again" please allow me to be suspicious.

I did say many times that yes i questioned if this was a scam or not (main reason is it seems there are no issues with small orders but only for larger orders) and that if it turns out to be all good i will have no issues in taking back everything i said.

But again the response was as above which continues to leave us in the dark.

If the issue is speedy, why not opt for other curiuers, i have arranged for shipping within eu and also outside the eu many times and with all the main companies without problems, and trust me shipping human blood is not so simple as shipping a piece of hardware.

Again no reply to the questions regarding the use of other services.

Can you give us order and payment date plz? To give others waiters a comparison point...

2013-11-23    1 846,00€    bitpay    Payment accepted - Add to order 2€
2013-11-22    463,00€    bitpay    Payment accepted - Add to order 2€
2013-11-19    528,70€    PayPal    Shipped - Arrived 13th Dec 2013 - DPD Economy 30€

They were all for December batch 1 shipment.
I was expecting Marto to combine the orders, left note on each order, but this did not happen.
The TP-Router did not arrive pre-flashed.
There was no tracking number after it changed to "shipped" and the order came via Speedy not DPD.
The one that has arrived is working good. I'm impressed with the craftsmanship.
This is my first order with Technobit and I'd be happy to buy more if he can ship the rest of my order.

Marto, how can I get you to ship the rest of my order?
I'm happy to send you some more for shipping if that's the problem.
How about adding an item your Accessories page called "Add More Shipping" or something like that.
I thought about ordering a couple of USB cables, but I'm worried I might just get the USB cables!  Wink

Also if you are using stratum pool (set bottom left) - you need to set top left pool setting to localhost to use the stratum proxy... Clicking the start button bottom left should launch the proxy (or keep the autostart ticked)...

Hy,

when i use the proxy, the HEXMiner will freeze and do nothing. In the Console i see, that open a connection 1 peer, but when the Hexminer is freeze... nothing, no work....
