I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

You just hold a wrong coin for a long time. You must see the future plans of the developer on its token and what it can be use into. You must really have a good understanding and research alot of things about the token that you will hold for a long time.

I dont think that holding is bullshit because it is one technique in order  for you to have profit.  Holding is a form of waiting for the price to increase nor decrease. We all have different opinions but it may help you to understand further information about it.

There are coins that is good to hold and there are also coins that are good for short term investment only. You must know if the coin that you hold is good for long term or good for short term for you to make more money.

There are coins that is good to hold and there are also coins that are good for short term investment only. You must know if the coin that you hold is good for long term or good for short term for you to make more money.

Yes, it depends on the money that we invest. Each currency has a different strategy for investing. Holding is a good option for potential altcoins and needs time to grow. Short term investment is only for top 100 coins. That's my investment strategy and I do not think the holding is bullshit.

trading is more profitable then holding. don't wait for days and months if you see  the price is overbought sell and buy back from bottom.
this is how i try to get more profit and nowadays it works cause price swing is stable

With coins like yours, it's certainly difficult to make a profit.  But there are many good altcoins that give a big profit to those who held them for a year or more.  Look at the growth charts themselves.

In my opinion holding is more risky than trading because we can not predict by accurate the price of any cryptocurrency in the future, so although you dont have much times, for the better spend little times for doing swing trading. Fluctuacion of crypto market also allow to make more profit with some good strategy in trading.

Holding is bullshit? Most common line of those crypto traders who are new in dealing with cryptocurrencies. Most newbies are really want to make money if they got their rewards from bounties and airdrops , most of them are dumpers that getting blind because of money and they don't thinking that their coins will reach too much price when they hold it for a long period of time.

Yes, holding is bullshit but only if you are holding shit coins. Only coins worth holding are established coins with a good price and volume.
But as always, you are to blame for the coins you invest in, not the person that said buy,hold or sell.

over a long period of 1-3 years, why don't you hold bitcoin or etherum? I hold etherum in just 8 months last year, and I get the moon.

Maybe you chose the wrong coins for the hold? If you bought bitcoin for long-term investments 5 years ago, you would be satisfied now.

I think there is not strategy will worth good in this down trend market since hold or day trade is not very useful. Now is the best time to buy back then we will get the profit aroound quaryer 2 or 3 this year but its just expectation and not sure. We just need to do the best effort.

if the price of coin is expensive and profit, then you just sell the coin that you have long held, but if the price is cheaper when you buy the coin do not you sell first and wait until the price is high so you do not lose.
