I think the number of participants in a bounty campaign is directly proportional to the success of the project.It is the bounty hunters who will carry the message to their friends, fellow hunters and investors either through social media or by word of mouth. I personally do not like to participate in a campaign with scanty followers or hunters.

Yesss, too many participants in one bounty will ended up with protests from those participants. By the end of campaign, it will be chaos,accusing and cursing in the telegram groups 
it is likely the managers will always take the blame for the small amount of the rewards. Bounties now needs to set a limit for the participant, to avoiding such complains from the participants.

 I hope that we will see some regulations here and bounty campaigns be more strict in rules and they will choose only the best participants.

Before bounty has given huge profit to participants since they have only few participants joining their campaign but now a lot of participants are there in this forum and only few bounty payment are given due to this issue. For me, we cannot avoided this because everybody wanted to earn like so maybe we need to be a wiser enough and a lot of time and effort to give on bounties we join in in order to receive payment.

Well since bounties can offer people free money with no risk, once people get to know this good deal they will surely join in to enjoy the benefits. ICO really should set a limitation to the amount of participants. However ico will not benefit from limiting the amount of participants joining unless they see a point in it. What we can do now is to earn as much as possible if someday the nightmare really comes.
