Guys, is there anybody else here on Gnash MULTI ? My dashboard stats has been practically frozen since yesterday showing 0 balance, and all mined blocks appear as ORPHANs. Anybody else is experiencing this or I'm a single nut case with this problem?
Not just you, look at their support page (when the website is back up). Everyone is having the issue.

Registered on this forum especially to say this:
Absolutely crap service from CEX!! The whole idea of cloud mining is to avoid downtime - wtf? Crap customer support. Crap service. Manipulated prices. Lies about charges. Etc, etc, etc.......
This operation has to be one of the biggest scams in bitcoin history - get your money out of CEX pronto.
Bunch of con artists - pure & simple.

No, Cloudflare is having issues with their SSL certificate. CEX.IO is not the only one affected right now. bitpay and coinbase have the same error. We have already contacted their support team and notified about the issue.

So.. are the maintenance fees ever going to be lowered anytime soon? Seems they went up by 10% you posted on twitter: "we experienced some technical problems and will announce the maintenance cost lowering as soon as everything's fixed. stay tuned!" Basically is everything fixed yet? Paying almost 30% maintenance fee is a bit much don't you think? Seeing it was at almost 20% before the redacted twitter post where you "removed" the twit about lowering the maintenance fees. Icon https://cex.io/maintenancefee: 29.67% was at 19.61%

Is this the end for CEX? No time to invest further?
Gotta love quoting myself for an answer! Still thinking of investing into CEX, after reading tons of warnings, still trustable? No, it isn't - use a proper pool - these crooks are a rip-off. Registered on this forum especially to say this:

How about you start answering the many questions from your users right here on your own "official" thread? Why the secrecy? Answering here not only means that everyone gets the explanation they deserve, but also shows transparency & honesty - something that your record to date is severely lacking. Answer your users questions - provide some support - explain your actions.

Well we do know from https://cex.io/maintenance that they need so much every month in fiat to pay database bill. With declining bitcoin market the fees are going to increase. I guess I can't really complain to much I've accumulated 200+ GHS in referrals alone and take advantage of the 0% fee pool and purchased a large sum of FHM since it was the cheapest available and if BTC reaches $1k+ again fees. I'm also prepared to buy as many BTC as I can when this 200k liquidation happens. How do you think mtgox will sell the coins pretty shitty everyone's coins are literally being sold right in front of them to have it then go where. To get a bit back more on subject though I've yet to see a more transparent cloud hashing company that also handles an exchange and 0% fee pool. I've been dabbling in bitcoin for a long time and the mining aspect of bitcoin has changed so dramatically. I remember trying to push a chinese company guy4game.com to accept bitcoin as a payment method in 2009 as it eliminated fraud completely made my own exchange in 2010 bought a few FPGA boards then asics now cloud mining. Only thing I would like to see is an official IRC channel to many loft trolls in their chat box.

Hi,
I am new to cloudmining and wanted to buy 1000GHS at CEX IO, but I bought nearly 11GHS to test if it is something for me. But I am wondering why are the fees so extremely high!? With 11GHS I get +- 1700 Satoshi's for every found block, but when I see the fees, it make me think...... Some times the fee is very low, like 70 Satoshi's, but I also pay fees that go over 2000 Satoshi, while I only get rewarded with 1700 Satoshi per found block.
