I advise everyone to take a screen shot of this latest cex pricing statement before they delete it & raise their prices without telling anyone - as was the case with their last pricing statement...... Tongue

We can confirm that as of the stated date the lower maintenance cost of $0.2 per 1GH is in place for GHS Cloud Mining. We are in process to update references on our website to the prior cost structure and change them to the new price.

Hey, have you guys seen the per GHS pricing over at PetaMine now?  Today it changed to a per-GHS, 100% dividend, daily payout model the same as CEX and the price is currently as low as 0.0025 per GHS!

Maintenance prices are low as well - 16.5c / month per GHS!

Strangely I would expect such an announcement to cause a small surge in GHS price; but it does appear to be falling like a stale lemon?

Maybe because of this ==>

That does not explain though; why Cryptsy (which many of the forum must surely use) are still stagnant at a much higher level.

Well by your argument, everyone is screaming "SELL! SELL!" on CEX on the basis that Peta is offering "rock-bottom" prices.
Well if that was true then you expect to see a similar selling of GHS on Cryptsy as well, on the basis that there are probably as many people who have interest in MN1 shares.

But they are still kicking around the .009 mark.

Wtf are you guys thinking buying CEX contracts?

I've got over 1 TH on www.lunamine.com for 0.0025 BTC per GHs.. and they pay out whenever you want to. CEX is 0.0061.. Three times more!! This will never break even.
Even the "lowered" maintenance is 2x larger! ripoff

Yeah I have referral link but I am not even using it here.. I'm just being sorry for the guys tricked into this legit scam..

Yes but there are significant differences between the two services (unless I stand to be corrected) because Luna is a lifetime contract and from what I understand of the website there is no trading if the value of that GHS contract goes up. CEX is a trading platform for GHS rather than an investment platform.
You also have to consider that the minimum spend on Luna is 100GHS (at the moment; if you remember Cryptsy had a fixed 1GHS and a fixed 10GHS contract offering which soon changed) whereas CEX (and Cryptsy and Crycurex et al) offer fractional GHS which appeals to the beginner miner - indeed I only started off with a few CoinyeCoin and 0.1BTC bought from Bittylicious not so long ago.

All I was pointing out was that CEX appeared to have a sizeable (10%+) drop in the asking price for GHS whereas others in a similar market appeared to be stable. This thread is, of course, about CEX and not any new start-up that you are promoting.

Yes and there is no mass selling at 0.009 from people rushing to buy at 0.0026.
Hope the economics of supply and demand are not causing you much difficulty.
