A lot of people wonder what is the criteria of a good gambler, here are some of my thought about good gambler

a good gambler never chase profit
Profit might be the first reason why people gamble, but a good gambler never attached to the profit, the most important thing in gambling is excitement and fun experience, having profit is just the bonus

a good gambler able to control himself / herself
Self controlling is very important in gambling, without a clear mind there will be a lot of mistakes in betting and even causing reckless betting and losing all of the money in split second

a good gambler know when to stop
Setting a limit is very important in gambling, setting a lost limit will prevent you to over spend your money and setting a win limit is  also important because in the long run the house got a bigger chance to win due to the house edge

a good gambler never cause any problem to the surrounding
A good gambler know that the chances of losing money in gambling is huge, so a gambler should never used daily needs money or borrowing money to gamble, and a gambler should never think of robbery or stealing to gamble

a good gambler can accept lost
When losing a good gambler won't blame the surrounding, cursing or accusing the  casino as fraud places, losing is the half part of gambling, if you can't accept lost then dont start to gamble

a good gambler should able to manage the time
A good gambler know how to split the time for family, for friends and for gambling, a good gambler never neglected family or friend just because of gambling

We must encourage people to become a good gambler, so people won't always have a bad judgement about gambler

Knowing exactly how to increase / decrease bets on certain multipliers as well as recognizing patterns & calculating potential profits or losses in real-time will help you avoiding irrational decisions.

those conditions indeed were true that the gamblers should have all of it to avoid being addicted but if you're willing to including one more important thing to being good gamblers that people should not greedy because greedy while gamble will crush them

It's a good list, but I think almost everybody already knows this, it's pretty general info. So I'm not sure how useful it actually is for people... If you're prone to addiction, this probably doesn't do much for you.
Also, I think that most people who are aware of this, still have a chance to become addicted. It's something that creeps up on you and before you even realize it, it's too late.

In theory following these rules should be easy you'd think, but it's different in practice for some people.

That makes you a good gambler for the casino. Casinos make their profits from people who want to have fun, and many times end up angry and frustrated after losing too much. You can’t have much fan when you get a long losing streak.

Knwoing when to stop is an important trait when it comes to gambling and OP doesn't mean stopping when it comes to just losing but also winning as well. Sometimes when you are winning there gets a time when you have to stop so that you don't end losing a lot of money.

Knwoing when to stop is an important trait when it comes to gambling and OP doesn't mean stopping when it comes to just losing but also winning as well. Sometimes when you are winning there gets a time when you have to stop so that you don't end losing a lot of money.

It is true that when you are winning you should always keep removing some money from it so that you have a limited to gamble else if you play with all the gains as well and then lose so you are left with nothing at the end of the day. It is very important to be smart when to stop and when to play.

Overall I agree with your opinion, because a gambler must have the disposition with what you say. But what I feel to be a gambler is very difficult to menage the time, how you feel when you sit in a gambling place in the situation win or lose I sure yoh will forget about time. A desire to win all bets will always be in my brain, and finally I can not resist stopping. Thank you for sharing this, actually I take as advice since you wrote a very nice post about a good gambler. On how to become a good gambler. This is really helpful to all gamblers that they should think about it while they are playing gambling.

That is a general info on how we look at the gambler who has some well disciplined traits. It's not an advice since that is already an output. It will now depend on you on how to become like that since we have different preferences and doings while doing gambling.

While doing gambling, you will be struck on a surrounding that a) can dragged you to other behaviour b) as is. If you successfully managed to defeat that a) then likely you will have a traits that is listed above.

Simply just go and enjoy the game don't care about the money making with the bets and always need to remember that gambling is an entertainment purpose not an money making business.

Enjoy the game? Then why not just don't play? There are lots of things that can give us an entertainment without risking money. Gambling is purely on money making purposes and not as an entertainment as a whole. In a physical casino, people can see that it's all for entertainment but all gamblers there are chasing for winnings and not just for fun only.

Good work but how we can find the gambler with all this quality dude. If you are investing on gambling all the time you cannot assure that bitcoin will be used on gambling because if you have earned this hardly you will not worry about this at all.
This very hard input fund you will worry if you loose the single penny goes lesser than the amount you have with you.

as long as the gambler is working hard on his games he should be happy and profitable in the long run , but spending the days wagering the dice will only create a huge disappointment at some point

As much as we all know what a good gambler should be but because of greed and wanting to earn well especially those who are in struggle of their financial status, we cannot blame them if they want to earn big amount from gambling. So many people are losing their hopes and consider gambling as the only answers to their problem. Others might be a good gambler at first, but when they start addiction, greediness is another issue.

I agree with the original poster that it should be done like that and there should be like a check mark if you are doing it regularly or a reminder if you have chased profit or something like that. I"m sure that this is no secret formula here and you are not the first one to analyse and give advise on how to be a good  gambler. But why is this not effective and many people are going into gambling everyday? Because  they want to get easy money. And no matter how many advises you gave them, they wouldn't follow it because its human nature to be greedy and have dreams of hitting a jackpot one day to give them a good life in the future.

So I don't believed such thing as good gambler, if ever there are one in the books, they are just recreational gambler in the beginning but at the end will turn into addicted gambler.
