You could say that so I still hold some bitcoin since last month to be sold at a good price. But the wait has not been paid in fact I have to hold for a while longer. I do not know what really happened to bitcoin down to $ 2k since last week. Just keep hoping for the price to go back up but if it does not happen maybe I will sell it directly later.

It is a sure feeling to feel depress in such a way, for holding bitcoin and likewise some other cryptocurrencies, most especially now that the market seem to be going further down and no sign of an upward movement. Regardless, one should snap out of it, with the mindset of the currency coming back up.

You only lose money when you sell. You have to remember that, to prevent you from losing money in the future. If the price goes up to $20 000, later this year, then you might say that you made a profit of $8000. <Once again if you sold it>

There are many investors like you who bought bitcoin at higher price than the present one. You will also find people who bought bitcoin when it was 20k dollars. It is depressing but if you will hold bitcoin for few more months, things will totally change. It is still in infancy. The whole digital market has a lot of rooms to grow.  Giving up so soon would be even more painful. The end year value estimated by crypto experts is 30k dollars. A little patience is required.

I purchased at 7800 dollars, and am totally depressed now. But I love the way Hero members calm us newbies down, saying it will be ok, things will go better, bull runs soon, rocoveries etc.

How do you know guys ? The fact that it happened in the past is totally irrelevant. How can you possible know the things will get better ? Who is gonna bring new money in to the system? Not someone I know of, for sure. So please explain to me why and how the bitcoin will go up again.

When you joined bitcoin you know that there is a risk is losing your money. The market is very volatile this means that it can still go up. But it is your choice since your money is at stake. Yes no one knows when will the price goes up so be smart in dealing with it.

I think everybody has the same feeling especially those who invest around 18k$ but we know the risk on investing in bitcoin the volatility is too high so I think the best thing to do is to relax, just need more patient too hold your bitcoin because as a believer of this great technology I know it will recover soon and don't let your emotions take over on you to become a panic seller.

When you joined bitcoin you know that there is a risk is losing your money. The market is very volatile this means that it can still go up. But it is your choice since your money is at stake. Yes no one knows when will the price goes up so be smart in dealing with it.  

Well he probably entered due to the hype when btc was pumping but for me, there's really nothing to be much concerned about. If you have the patience to hold, say a couple.of months, you'll get your profit. Even when trading alts you can go below 50% your capital but eventually all you need is to wait and keep steady

What makes you feel hurt is when you really sell the bitcoin at this time. For, you will lose that $5000. In my opinion, many other people also face this sad condition. But, some of them can survive because of their patience and believe that bitcoin will rise later. Now, it is your choice, if you are patient and believe that bitcoin will rise, you may hold it. Holding is not a good strategy , those argue "hodl, hodl" are those dont know how to trade, it's the best way to lose. You should learn some basics of trading and start doing this year, that's how you make money no matter what the market condition is

Don't get emotional when price drops. It is something normal and I think you should continue to hold until at least bitcoin'r price goes back to normal

You should positively keep it though as you can see lot of holders and different users around the crypto world become panicking so i think you should better hold it , and bitcoin is volatile though just wait.

You should not be depressed for holding your bitcoin because what others say if you sell it today that bitcoin's value is low then you expect that you lose your money. For me, I will still holding my bitcoin until the value will get reach that what you've expected. It is the mind over matter when you will sell your bitcoin.

I don't know why are you feeling depressed for holding Bitcoin. but if you are feeling depressed for holding Bitcoin because of its low price then don't worry.it is a common feature of Bitcoin.

yeah little bit depressed but not at all, because im not only focus on trading, im also work in bounty campaign, so even the price keep decline, im not lossing anything. i cant imagine if im only play on trading, maybe ill leave cryptocurrency right now haha
