It is quite risky to use any web wallets to store bitcoins and wallet freebitco.in have also doesn't look like real web wallet. So OP created a email notice system to request people, who have won the Lotto to create an account at Bitcointalk.org and then to report their winnings. Since then, we have seen quite a few people <newbies> reporting their winnings.

OP, also recently added a Provably Fair system to the Lottery, to verify the winners.
