While the Freebitco team does not respond or solve the problems that have been arising here for more than a year, they are always updating the news posted on the site....

I would like to add one more thing here. Freebitco was showing an error message to the users from the 20th of July. Then it got back to normal on the 22nd of July. Where the most interesting part is that they had added 'Play Now!' button as a shortcut of their multiply BTC game during the downtime.

Anyway, the good news is that Freebitco team has started to process the FUN token withdrawal after almost 1 month.

Hello everyone. Just want to share this also here.
I had locked fun tokens on freebitco that got unlocked just in time for the latest pump to 25 satoshi per FUN. This is still below what I payed but whatever. I have withdrawn my 50 000 fun tokens on eighteenth of July have still not received them - even with this series of FUN deliveries. My fault for not paying much attention since 2022 and only using the site for re-locking the tokens and playing WOF.

Even if I receive the money next month, the price will probably go back to like 5 sat per FUN

If you run McDonald's and everyone knows you run it, then you sell it privately without announcing and the new owner ruins the reputation of the chain and everyone thinks that you are the original owner and everyone curses or blames you, won't you announce that you no longer own the website?

They’ve always admitted to being a very small team, basically just wetsuit and The Quin, with wetsuit being a likely single point of failure. There are many possible reasons for why he is no longer able to manage the website like before. Bitvest was in a similar position and things became progressively worse after lightlord supposedly had Covid. FreeBitco.in's silence just means there is something which they don’t want us to know.

I doubt they are waiting for the fun token pump up again and do an exit scam.

Most of people you have money on this casino/faucet are probably still going through the phases of misbelief and denial, over the fact this could be the end of the webpage, and there is nothing to be done about it. It is easy to understand why would be in denial, though, this a service which have been running for a very long time and had a spotless reputation among gamblers, for some people it is very difficult to accept the reputation gathered for so many years could be throw into the dustcan in just a handful of months, so they continue to hold to hope and believe they will recover their deposits eventually.
On one hand we all are witnessing history in the making within the world of Bitcoin and gambling, on the other hand I feel bad for those who are losing money to this fiasco...

The 2 user that you mention is not typically silent in time like this based on their long operations here. They encounter lots of problems but they resolve it and at the same time still in touch to user in this ANN thread.

Looks like there's some confusion here. If someone really deposited $150k in BTC, there should be a blockchain transaction ID to confirm it. You're right, without proof it’s just speculation. At least after noticing lots of problems but no single solution, i'll doubt about hot wallet activity or FUN token recharges.

What happens is that there are still many users who make income from referrals on this website, so they continue active on the platform to cashout the passive earnings which are generated from times to times. It's hard to believe anyone would still keep their funds or make new deposits at freebitco.in after the news which have been shared on this thread in real time since 2024.

I’m not trying to say they are doing exit scam but your speculation is suggesting that they are fixing all the problem silently just because they deposit an amount to a certain wallet while there’s still a lot of pending transaction until now.

They can drain all the balance afterwards. The intention for that transaction is not clear since there’s no announcement or communication from the team. Only you interpret that way and it will be a devastating if many user interpret the same way and deposit huge funds due to the confidence from this transaction while there’s still a lot of unresolved issue.

The site has been having problems for over a year now. If the site were really under the same management, these problems wouldn't be happening, because they've run the business and the site for many years and already knew how to fix errors easily and quickly. Can't you see that it makes no sense that the site suddenly started having these errors and @thequin doesn't come here to explain everything? He was active in answering technical questions that people had problems with and apologized when he was late in responding.

If the site was making a lot of profit and the owners were the same, I highly doubt they would cancel the signature campaign. @thequin went to the signature campaign thread and apologized for ending the campaign. A person who makes this gesture is not someone who would leave it for a year without responding to anyone knowing that the site is having serious problems.

That's the question that I have had since the day they stopped communicating with the community and problems arose but I still can't find answer to that question because there is nobody to answer. They sister casinos dplay and club riches are shut down. When they were alive and had an active support, I was asking them questions and they weren't answering. Today I think that there is a serious problem. I hope I'm wrong but I think that owners are arrested and the website runs on its own on a server that has been pre-paid for years because the current situation looks very similar to what happened to SafeDice. Let's wait and see if Freebitco.in domain gets renewed.

Yes, I think so. Otherwise there would be some efforts of rebranding or relaunching, unless the deal made is super shady.

This industry is getting tougher. You need really deep pockets to survive and one small wrong decision can lead to massive damage. We have seen a few examples (I dont want to name) where very reputable casinos are withholding the payments for no reasons for months.
Sometimes short sighted projects use selective scamming in order to get out of the pit and almost all the time it does not work.
