I mean, does it surprise you since their domain name extension or Top-Level Domains is ".in"?
I always noticed such with Domain names that originate from India or are meant to search folks from India.

That's why its hard to speculate that something more better will happen in this casino since they have given a chance for many times, but yet they keep failing people by not solving those issues which is long time happening in their site.

It's quite literally everywhere on google when you search their name. I did not expected this to be the case, and assumed that they just ended up getting fooled because they did not see this topic, but then I looked google and if you write their full domain, then you can see that other websites exists (and this page) that talks about them being a scam.

The problem is that gamblers do not typically look for reviews or information about a platform where they plan to create an account and play. I myself do not read reviews either. But I am kinda different. I don't remember trying any casinos for years that do not have a forum announcement thread. I may create an account once they appear on the forum and make a tiny deposit to try out the casino.

Absolutely not! Because it wasn't an investigation in the full sense of the word, it was just tracking a few chains based on the data provided.
Of course, you can come up with a lot of excuses for why they ran it through mixers and Binance, but in my opinion, in that case, they should have somehow informed users that their funds would be used in such schemes.
As for pressure on the owners, it's not that simple — you have to study the EULA and see what they wrote there, what we agreed to when we accepted the terms and conditions of the platform. The price of Bitcoin is not a problem for the casino. The problem is with the scammer owner and the entire team. They no longer want to pay anyone. They will still grab as much money as they can from new players. Do not create false hope by saying that they will pay the players again when the price goes down. That's a very childish approach, casinos don't work like that. Casinos have active gamblers all the time, who make deposits in cryptocurrencies. If they play the game that you described, they'll find it very hard to keep things under control and they'll have lots of issues, which will lead to unhappy customers who will leave the website and start looking for competitors.

Provably no serious investor would spend lots of money to buy a business with bad reputation.

For sure it will be a huge lose on the side of new owner especially if no people would come and use their platform anymore.

So most provably if they plan about selling it they can only sell it at much cheaper price. What more worse I think is the scammers would buy this and pretend that they are slowly fixing the issue then once they get back the trust of people then another scamming attempt will happen.

It is more than evident now that nobody would be depositing any funds in freebitco.in going forward.
