I just took a look at the social posts about Funtoken on Coinmarketcap, it seems the project continues to develop, or at least launch games for people to play, even though the value of the token has decreased about 76% since it has announce by Binance they were going to cut support and close all markets related to the token.

There is two possible reason.

1 - They intentionally did it so the players cannot access their account anymore.
2 - They are unable to fix it. If they are using their own hosted email server, it is probably failing to send emails. The easiest solution would be switch to Resend. I had a problem with one site where everything was fine, but the email was rejecting by gmail. So, I had to switch to resend and they have free packages as well. However, for company like Freebitco.in, they will need a paid subscription since they will send a lot of email.

But eventually, PokerStars bought it and returned our money. A buyout like that might make sense because of the huge user base. 1. IC3 is not "only for Americans."
   People from all over the world submit complaints there when USD transactions, crypto transfers, international exchanges, hosting providers, payment processors, or infrastructure connected to the US are involved.

2. FinCEN tracks financial crime and suspicious crypto activity globally.
   If exchanges, wallets, payment processors, or laundering routes touch US-regulated entities at any point, jurisdiction can absolutely become relevant.

3. Blockchain is public.
   TXIDs, wallet clustering, exchange interactions, KYC off-ramps, and hosting/payment records create trails investigators can follow internationally through cooperation requests and subpoenas.

4. Reporting matters even if recovery never happens.
   Official complaints create documented victim records, timelines, amounts, wallet evidence, and patterns of activity. Without reports, there is no documented case history.

Doing nothing guarantees nothing happens.
Filing reports at least creates evidence and an official record.
