Hype is dangerous and harmful for investors. A successful investment requires time and study of the project, a lot of people was left with a bunch of flies in their hands and money throwed in the bin

Exactly, we should invest wisely, select the best not because of the hype. We must not be fooled by those ICO  projects with false promising profit. Be careful, so you won't regret at the end.

Investing needs a good and wise decission. Investing is to risky that's why if you join this kind of bussiness make sure that's you know all information and strategy in investing. Remember scammers are all over in terms of bussiness. Just think before you go in this kind of bussiness.

Actually even though you researched so deep into the project you still need some luck, there are good projects out there that don't give a decent amount of profit after the coin was listed, there are projects out there that didn't do well on their ICO program but because of the dev's hard work their coins getting pump real hard.
you'll never know if the coin will succeed in the future until this kind of market situation exists.

It is true that there are lots of projects that do not worth investing in, simply because they are hype projects. Although, you cannot be 100% sure if a project is the perfect one o invest in. We all take risks sometimes, but it is good to take a wise risk, which is by researching on the project before investing.

Many of the bounty participants are concerned with high ICO allocations and prices rather than analyzing the benefits of the project and how strong the development team is.

We see that the best benefits (for hunters) provide ICOs with ratings between 3.5 - 4.0, as the lower number of participants and ICO try attracts people. My advice, consider good projects and teams is a key factor, but Ratings is a collection of dice. I always find out how to dedicate the team behind the project will not be allowed to be deceived by a false judgment.

Many projects only have a vague concept of project, and the code is just copied. They may be very good at marketing. I think we should carefully study whether they have a clear project plan before ICO, and if there is a business that is being implemented, we can consider investing.

Investment is risky so need to be wise and be ready to face the risks. It is package already with investment so have to face it and conquer the risk in order to succeed. Its not easy to find money likewise its hard to lose it too.

I mean, dont get me wrong, I agree with the OP, but still, if you are investing in the projects that are marked as "high interest" and "very high interest" on Icodrops, you should be fine. But avoid Icobench ans similar pay4rate sites, they are atrocious.

It is true that we need to be careful on what digital currencies that we are investing in. Many are promising instant earnings from their projects but until now members are still waiting for that time.

Yes the hype is one of the main indicators for short-term success, it will not help identify projects that will succeed at ICO and wait until it hits the exchange at a discount. That's why, before investing, I recommend that all new entrants have at least some time to look market, to learn a successful project.

In the long term, I recommend investing in NEO! The market of altcoyins is now unstable and fails due to a high percentage of fraud.

Yes, you need to carefully choose the project as the participants of the bounty and investors. There are many things that need to pay attention.Recommendations in this case are hard to give. You have to make your own choices.

Going through this thread, i was really impressed by the topic as many have been scammed of their hard earned money. However, thanks to the ever considering regulatory bodies that are making things easier for investors. I hadly talk about new projects but i dont shy away from some that have good integrities. One of them is varanida. Check the website out here: https://varanida.com

I completely agree. In the choice of the projects, one must follow the elementary rules. The hype is just an appendix to a good project, but not the main indicator of the level of him.
