The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

I think at the beginning of the bounty campaign the rules must include kyc at the end of the campaign not to include the rules at the end of the bounty campaign. Also I think the idea of the kyc at the end of the bounty is a good idea to check double registrations on the spreadsheet

Projects should indicate if they need to KYC for the bounty program or not at the begginning of it.
Personally I don't prefer projects which need KYC process.

I don't think I'd like to join these bounty threads.
Then I would steer clear of the bounty manager, for if he did not explain, it would be his fault.

I think the KYC system is very good. the system is used to fill personal data in accordance with what you register. a lot of scams that steal names, and addresses by simply copying other people's results, then they claim and claim that it is their job. the case was a lot going on in bounty. I agree that KYC is very helpful for the security of our coins from people who want to cheat.

I think KYC is no problem, if indeed it is done to facilitate payment orderly. the presence of KYC is also one of the bounty rules that must be met. if you don't follow the rules you will not get paid. if our data is safe yes why we don't follow the rules just to simplify the bounty payment process.

The problem is not KYC itself, but the announcement of it at the end of the campaign. Many bounty managers do this in order to get free promotion for the project and this is not fair.

I say harder: this can be called an easy form of fraud. It is worth to think about the further policy of the leaders of such a project.

What do you think about bounty campaigns that announce their KYC check at the end of the campaign? Many bounty hunters simply don't want to do that and the bounty managers or the ICO teams get free promotion for their projects.

Is this fair?

Every bounty thread should clearly state, wether there will be a KYC or not. We should ask the admins for changing the rules regarding this issue.

What do you think?

This should not be allowed on this forum. A lot of controversy is going online about privacy and thus this needs to be stopped on the forum as well.

it's the right manager to change the rules, if you do not like the manager, you do not force to join the bounty of the manager. why do you make it hard yourself?

because so many people have multiple accounts, maybe 10 or 15 accounts so that when KYC is applied to bounty participants they can not fill the KYC dossier. it is very risky to provide our personal information to an unknown platform where the office and its greatest fear is when our personal data is used in criminal matters.
until now it's a lot of pros and cons in the application of KYC in bounty program because the bounty hunters are not an investor so is it necessary? I do not think so.

That is not fair on the side of the bounty hunters that will make participant that is unable to pass kyc work for nothing. It should be stated initially at the start of the campaign to avoid people losing rewards meant for work and promotion they did.

I guess this is really unfair for the bounty hunters to have KYC at the end of the bounty. Managers should put all the details especially the important one to their post so that hunters will be aware of it. If these hunters don't have proper ID's then it's a waste of time and effort for them. On the other hand KYC is a good thing for the project.

I think announce KYC in the end of bounty campaign it kind of cheating. Many bounty hunters don't want pass KYS so they leave without salary. i guess its unfair. I believe that if project want make bounty hunters pass KYC, they should announce it in the beginning of campaign, not in the end. I hope it will be rule in the forum soon.

I believe that if project managers want verification of their investors or users, they should state this before the sale of their coins, and when it is done after raising funds, and many also ask to transfer the commission for withdrawing coins, this undermines the belief in the project itself and reduces the trust of participants.

Spammers really hate campaigns required KYC at the end because it'll waste their time.
For campaigns required KYC, I prefer to be announced at the beginning because I'll check the project if it worth to provide my identity.

I think it is unfair for the investors. If the ICO wished to implement KYC policy, it should be announced so that people will be informed well. I know that it serves a good purpose however we cannot prevent people from fearing identity theft and such. And besides, one of the main feauture of cryptocurrency investment is anonymity. However due to the KYC policy, that characteristic of cryptocurrency investments are vanishing.

It is the bounty manager option to as for KYC if needed. This is one of the many ways to detect cheaters in his bounty campaign. Multiple accounts in one bounty campaign is the modus they want to eliminate.

If someone has a malicious reward, it is not good for ico, so I think it is better for the reward activity to have kyc, which is fair to other investors.

On the one hand KYC is good at removing bots, which are now very much. But when it is announced at the end of the campaign bounty is of course disappointing.

I guess, every good serious project warns about kyc at the beginning of the bounty otherwise it's unfair and gives a reason to doubt in their honesty. That's a huge reason not to trust them. I wouldn't give my personal data to such  people.
