What do you think about bounty campaigns that announce their KYC check at the end of the campaign? Many bounty hunters simply don't want to do that and the bounty managers or the ICO teams get free promotion for their projects.

Is this fair?

Every bounty thread should clearly state, wether there will be a KYC or not. We should ask the admins for changing the rules regarding this issue.

What do you think?
In my opinion, all information should be informed right from the beginning, all the information requested later can cause trouble for members! Requirements must be carefully considered!

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

Horses on a crossing do not change. ICO rules should be spelled out at the beginning and then should not change. This is my opinion. But maybe we don't know some details. Perhaps the ICO themselves are victims of government lawlessness. Coinbase was also forced to pass data about some users retroactively. People themselves to blame. A lot of people left by the user of this exchange now. Evil must always be punished.

There is a good effect also having a kyc in fairness because they want to determine if you have a multiple accounts, a lot of members here has a multiple accounts so to be fair with other members they implement this kyc.

That's right, but there are also examples when tokens not passed by KYC go back to the developers, and not distributed to the participants in the bounty

I often see tokens pay of the bonus campaign will not be KYC as you say. But there are some capmates that will catch you KYC, this is nothing strange for this job. I think they just want better control over their coin holders.

Terms of participation can be changed at any stage of the company's bounty. Basically, only for the worse, and demanding identity documents, for participating in the company's bounty is a bad sign.

Many people dislike KYC and they'd never get involved if they knew that they'd be required to go through it.

It would be very good if such bounty managers and projects could be blacklisted somehow.
I think it's a scheme for them to pay less bounty tokens then it was planned.

I agree, there is nothing good that comes out from a surprise after campaign has concluded. And to think they would require your information is something preposterous in a decentralized platform.
It is not fair that they did not make it clear in their bounty thread so that we will ahead and decide whether to join or not.

I am also opposed to it. They must mention it on bounty thread that KYC is required before tokens are distributed. That way we can choose to ignore them and move on to the one where it's not required. However I think we are in those times when you need to keep KYC in mind at the time of joining whether it's mentioned or not.

I have experienced this is some bounties I participated in social media. KYC is ok to prevent multiple accounts and cheating. But I understand those who don't want to submit their KYC data.  I myself hesitate to give my KYC data to bounties as we don't know if that bounty/ico is a scam or not as their are other bounty that run away. KYC should only be done for investors. And if a bounty want to do KYC to bounty hunters they should put it in the rules when bounty starts.

Basically the purpose of KYC is good. This is to prevent fraud in bounty. The issue of KYC rules is stated at the end of the bounty, should be stated at the beginning so as not to cause disappointment.
What was good from that? if there is more than hundreds icos are doing KYC to the bounty participant and it sounds good for you? I'm very tired to say but it just like publish your identity for so many people.
This is crypto. I've participated in no more than two icos that required KYC.
Rather than think about KYC and the developer should complete all of the requirements to be registered with the regulators to get a license for that.

Yes, some bounties nowadays require KYC in order to be qualified to do their tasks. But some other bounties you will be surprised because at the end of the campaign. You will be required to pass a KYC in order to receive your tokens. YES, you read it right. Before doing the bounty there is no rule but at the end, you will be required. Maybe it is a way to have your information or maybe it is a way to limit their rewards to certain people.

This is a very bad deed, but we must understand that managers ALWAYS reserve the right to change the rules of the campaign. We are not protected by anyone, lol. In addition, often this does not depend on them, but on state regulators, which work very slowly.

Its not fair of course but it is also clearly stated in general rules of the bounties  I have participated that they have the right to change the rules of the bounty campaign.I think they're just doing kyc to avoid multiple accounts and all participants can have a fair amount of payments. So better ask the bounty manager first if there's a possibility that KYC will be implemented at the end of campaign just to be sure.

If the bounty campaign have KYC and you don't want that just leave it, there are a lot of bounties that don't have KYC , i think you can't ask the admin about that because at the first place that's their rules and we need to follow the rules.

The right decision for bounty owners to avoid multiple accounts. At least this will build honesty in working with the bounty that follow. And I recommend all bounty using KYC, and also avoiding data capture that is happening now.

What you are telling is true that it should be stated before when the ICO is started that KYC is required if you are investing but this option will make the ICO promotion to downward and they wont get much investment for their projects. So this is just one type of scamming by the ICO developers as they know that after the ICO is finished only some 60 to 70 % of them will be able to fullfill their KYC requirement and this 20 or 30% of default users amount will be profit for them.

I also think that KYC should be reported at the very beginning of the company's bounty. So it will be more correct and honest. After all, this company is known at the very start of the company's bounty.

It is good to prevent them to use multiple account on and and prevent them to use multiple and follow the rules of it is not thay bad for some but for others yes because they can affect them and delayed the reward

its fair, to reduce the participants, and to disqualify those multiaccounts that has been applied to the bounty campaign. they have the power and the right to change the rules at the end of campaign. but if they are going to change the bounty to be distributed among bounty participants, that is not fair.

For me it is better to make this known and done before the start of the bounty campaign, but there some things that change in the life of an ICO, so at the end there may be need to force the bounty participant to undergo KYC just for the team to protect themselves because the risk of not doing so may be huge
