Actually I've never participated in that kind of bounty, but normally all bounties I've seen requiring KYC will state it on their thread before the bounty campaign commence, then for those that change rules at the end of the bounty can be referred to as Fraudsters because it's not fair.

It is okey for me to have KYC for bounty campaigns to lessen fraud and multiple accounts registration but this is not good if it is announce almost a week before the ICO closes because its like the ICO does not want to pay its hunter. This kyc rule should be posted at the start of the campaign.

It is good to have KYC but its unfair for the bounty hunters if it is announce at the end of bounty campaign. Rules and regulations must be stated first by the ICO itself before starting, so that everybody are aware of it and not thinking FUD's until the end of the campaign.

I do understand why they do it, they want to stop people with multiple and fake accounts.
However I agree with you that they should announce this at the start because I personally would never participate in a bounty campaign if I knew there was KYC.
But because they all say that the rules can change during the campaign there is nothing you can do about it.
I have participated in 2 campaigns on bitcointalk where I got nothing or stopped during the campaign because some stupid rules came forth in the middle of the campaign so now I'm trying to only participate on bounties outside bitcointalk.

This is not good news. If it states this requirement at the very beginning, then it is correct and right. It is a bit rogue at the end of the statement. Maybe it does not want to award rewards.

to my mind  managers and project owners  do it with only one  reason - to save  their tokens -  a lot of participants  can miss the ANN of KYC, or  some of them  will not pass varification, all  of these arguments can  be a reason not to pay  distribution))

What do you think about bounty campaigns that announce their KYC check at the end of the campaign? Many bounty hunters simply don't want to do that and the bounty managers or the ICO teams get free promotion for their projects.

Is this fair?

Every bounty thread should clearly state, wether there will be a KYC or not. We should ask the admins for changing the rules regarding this issue.

What do you think?
Of course, the fact that they announce it at the end of the company is grieving and angry, but on the other hand, the rules usually write that they have the right to change them during the company's bounty process.

In my opinion, there is no way to make some adjustments when you have CLEARLY stated something. It is simply not fair to the people that have participated in the bounty programme and they did something to share the word. Even if they would have some kind of regulation coming from the government, they should try to compensate participants in some way. It would put a dark shade over them as well, as we can imagine that people would not make a good advertisement for their company.

It is sometimes very annoying. There is always a likelihood that your KYC will be rejected. Sometimes the same document that got accepted by one, will be the same one that gets rejected by another. To me, if am to participate in a bounty that requires a KYC, they should do it even before we start the bounty, so we wont be working in vain.

I have about 40 bounty campaign running at the moment and no KYC is required (yet). What percentage of Bounty campaigns is asking for KYC after the Bounty is finished? Does it matter for instance that a Facebook account is on an alias? If you can get disqualified for that it would be very sad.

I think it's another "genius" to get free advertising on Twitter, Facebook and Bitcointalk. The total tokens should be split among the bounty hunters that did KYC but I doubt this happens.

I'm not against KYC for bounty because there are a lot of duplicated account but it should be specified at the start of the bounty. Changing racing rules is not a pleasant thing.

It's pretty fair since they pay us - I don't see anything wrong with that... if you do everything fair - it won't be a problem.

if the manager has announced about KYC verification at the beginning of the bounty program started I think it's fair, but what if the bounty managers announces KYC verification after bounty ends? this is fair? in my opinion is not fair

I think the KYC at the end of bounty campaign is not a right thing to do. Because the amount of Token spent on Bounty is meager, always below 5%. And the number of participants in the bounty is vast, to check out KYC will also take a lot of time. And there are social campaigns like Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, they can use multiple accounts to participate in the Bounty, so there is no need for KYC members to partake in the bounty.

KYC rules I guess are only available for ICO purchases only and for bounty there is usually no need for KYC and if necessary it is delivered at the beginning of the bounty and not at the end of the bounty when the participant is ready to get his prize

Honestly I against about the KYC after the end of the bounty campaign, because there's a bounty I participated in and at the end campaign they announced that we need to pass kyc to get paid.

It happens to me recently. The county manager didn't mention it earlier
I mean they've explained it at the end of a campaign. That makes many hunters mad Angry
They are cheating !! if they mention it earlier I think many hunters will not join their campaign because of this KYC rules
yes why now many emerging bounties at the end always load KYC, I guess it's not wrong to charge KYC. but for new people, this may be difficult and complicated to do.

The manager should clearly state it on the terms at the beginning if they want bounty hunters to provide their KYC. Any rules made after the start of bounty that can affect the users would make the bounty a scam.
