Believe it or not, there was a time when an airdrop was so generous like Decred, that if you held, that Airdrop might be worth $10k-$25k USD in less than a year. Now there are people spending lots of hours for nothing. I can't say that I have had this happen before, but good luck to everyone.

A lot of Airdrops turn out to be invaluable or not sellable. Would definitely not agree with 99% are scams, but a lot of projects that offer Airdrops, simply fail to deliver.

Since it only takes a few minutes to sign up for one, I still participate in a few every day. Even have a Telegram channel, where I select the high potential ones to share with my followers.

Even if that airdrops not scam but they still pay only small amount of money sometimes its just not worth any. Better do bounties anyway. And i always hate an airdrops that require you to invite another person to get extra, idk i just hate it.

Any of you guys participated in the Ontology Airdrop? 1000 ONT was given to everybody who signed up for the Newsletter. When ONT hit the markets, first on Binance and later on Huobi, the price skyrocketed to $3 a share. First sells where made for around $1.4. That was another multi $1000 airdrop. Last year we had eBitcoin and Blue which were true winners. Hopefully more proper Airdrops will come in the future.

That is almost the fact. Most of them just produce some tokens that will never be listed on any exchange. Some too, they will just list it, pump it and dump it and it will never rise again. For this reasons, i have decided to ignore almost every airdrop nor matter the token it is.

These are worthy things you shouldnt be doing, wasting your time with these worthless airdrops!you should be doing bounty campaigns instead of wasting your time and effort with these airdrops, bounty campains are much more profitable than these airdrops i know it because i have exeperienced joining the two and i can say airdrops isnt worth your time.

My attention was attracted by this title)

Of course a large number of these are scamprojects. And among the remaining "not skam" pay only half, and even less. At the same time, the work is not dusty. And for the sake of a few dozens of juicy airdrops, it's ok to dig out lists of hundreds of drops. However, bounty campaigns look more promising!

Well maybe, if you encounter the Airdop program successfully, the Airdrop manager they are also looking to change our wallet address into their wallet. I met this case, I joined the airdop but when I distributed the tokens I did not receive, until I checked my wallet address was changed. Everyone pay attention.

I like to ignore airdrop campaigns because they are not worth doing when I could just trade coins for less work.

This is indeed correct, 99% of these airdrops are worthless and it is literally a waste of your time doing bounties is much better because you can get worthy tokens as soon as the ICO has finally over,or when the ICO has reached hardcap easily im sure you will be making a lot of money after and you wont risk anything in bounty campaigns but only your time.

Not a scam but a waste of your time, that is why you shouldnt be joining any because these airdrops wont have a chance to get listed into these major exchanges compare to the bounty campaign tokens which has a lot of potential to grow that will give you good profits in the future, you should be more focus with the bounties.

Airdrops cannot scam people unless you will give your private keys from these people, airdrops are worhtless if you asked me because the tokens doesnt have potential to grow or to have good value, compare to the tokens you will get from the bounty campaigns it can give you a lot of potential profits in the future which you will need to hold for sometime.

I do not think 99% is cheating, there are so many airdrops paying for the attendees so well. They are not phishing. Phishing in Airdrop increased because there were many fraudulent ICO projects were born. They are accompanied by rogue Airdrop programs. So be careful.

Airdrops are worthless in my humble opinion thats why i dont usually join these drops, most of these projects came from untrusted developers that is why there are less chance for these tokens to get listed in any exchanges, mot commonly its price wont move big, focus on the bounty hunting instead and im sure you will be rewarded if you have done your part.

Whats the connection of google docs when it comes to failure of such airdrop? Ive seen some projects that do make airdrops with using google docs and it quiet common for it to be used.If someone or project do make use google docs does it mean they are scam? I dont think so and its not a strong basis for you to rely on.It would be much wiser or better to study the project itself rather than on having this senseless basis.

This is a debatable proposition , because a traditional airdrop can't be a scam by definition . Project is giving away tokens for absolutely free , how can they scam you ? you pay nothing for it , so you can't be scammed , that's what I think about it . To be honest , I agree that it is a normal practice when airdrop participants do not receive tokens , but it is around 30-40% of airdrops , and definitely not 99% . You should note that , sometimes it takes 2-6 month to receive airdrop , so be patient , probably you will receive a most part of your tokens soon

You shouldnt be wasting your time with these shit airdrops because you wont make any good profits in the future, most of these are just collecting your data, especially your email addresses so they can send phishing links to try to steal your privatekeys that is why most of the people who are getting scammed are from these phishing email addresses.
