Yes! Not all airdrops are scams. Some of them. But we cant predict we cant tell what is the scams what is not.

Well technically yes when we are talking about wasting your time and effort,because these tokens from the free airdrops has less chance of getting some good value in the future,less chances of getting listed into exchanges that is why most of these airdrop tokens are trash,never tried to participate because it isnt worth the hassle.

Before I first startes joining airdrops, I read all the ideas of the members about airdoprops. Many of them say "Last year was good for airdrops, this year it is not worth joining" And when I read the comments which was written in 2017, the most of them were like that "Last year was good for airdrops, this year it is not worth joining" In brief, every year same comments.

But what is true about airdrops is that every year, number of scam airdrops increase. I advice you not to have big expectations from airdrops.I  have  25 tokens in my wallet and their total balance is 4 $ !!!

I'm completely disappointed in airdrops, because I do not get more than half of all the drops I'm participating in. And then it comes simply impossible to sell.

Not 99% scams. But some will be scam. I received 90% tokens from many airdrops . I cant sell them now because price is low. When price will high ill sell them.

Developers want to get the maximum exhaust from such a stock, so they will do their best (use the site, corporate blogs, official accounts in social networks). Of course, you'll hear about Airdrop from other sources, telegram channels and chats. Do not worry, do not miss the significant events from serious crypto currency (if you are subscribed to 5-7 good sources). But to run ahead of the locomotive, to hurry faster than everyone to sign up for Airdrop (and therefore not seek external confirmation) - is always fraught with errors and risks. It is this haste and greed that scammers expect from phishing. They need your data.

there is some truth behind your point.in 2018 i did 70 airdrops (close to 70 )but i only got 3 payment.scam airdrops are rising around past few month.i found some guy promote his telegram channel like a airdrop campaign.

That's true. I even don't waste my time for taking part in airdrop (even though this doesn't require much effort and any investment) because I don't need all this useless trash in my wallet.

Not all 99% are scam. Maybe you should just be aware of what airdrops you are joining.
Be updated with legit airdrops on forums or discussions like this.
There are also airdrops on telegram groups.
Join the one that is trusted with many users here.

At the moment, projects use airdrop to increase the number of followers in social networks, and usually pay very little. But there are exceptions.

Airdrop is legit or not still i will not join it because for me it is just a waste of time specially if the airdrop is a scam but if it is a legit still it is not worth it because mostly the coins is no value in the market that if sometimes there is a value then the given token is very cheap or little in which you need to buy more additional coins for that certain coin so that it could be possibly traded for Ethereum and Bitcoin.

If you are joining all the airdrops that are avaible at the moment you will get yourself into a scam or two for sure. But you will get also in valuable airdrops aswell so all in all will get you profit.

I've joined many airdrops and i have to say that most of them have no value. But once you got good airdrop, it can give you decent profit (at least worth the time). That's why i'm still joining the airdrop occasionally as long as i don't have to donate.

I partecipated in more than 500 airdrops since november 2017 and less than 100 of them pay me something.... less than 10 pay me more than 10$, less than 5 pay me more than 50$... that's my experience

Many airdropy are intended to collect user database for future hacking their accounts. And as some users can stupidly send a private key from the wallet (like me when I started, for example)

I have applied for about 100 airdrops this year, of which 25 tokens have been  distributed and some are still being processed. Of the tokens I have recieved, about half are tradable. I think at least 25% that I have applied for will not pay though.

Actually, airdrop is a good and easy program to follow, I felt it last year. Yeah, in 2017, I sometimes joined airdrops and I really got the legit rewards and token. I really loved it. But in this year, I should really be careful in choosing the right airdrops. Yeah, you're right. Many airdrops are now scams or not legit for the token price. But actually, there is still few airdrop program that can make you feel desired to join. Of course, you may do deep research on it. Recently, actually, I don't follow the airdrop programs. But sometimes I find some good airdrops as part of bounty program from a good ICO.
