For me the primary criteria is to look at the exchange and the market cap before investing in any coin. If I find any new coin on exchange like Binance, I study it throughly and then decide whether to invest in it or not. My decision involves two main factors. First is to see in which phase the coin is. Is it growing, matured, or in declining phase. I stay away from already established coins and try my hand at new coins. Second, I look at the market cap of the coin.

Well, here are 3 metrics I look at when choosing a good altcoin:

1. The quality of the team: AKA, are there any notable people that have already had a distinguished career in the field, and do they have a strong academic background?
2. Roadmap: Is the crypto's roadmap reasonable and not too long or too short? Have they had trouble sticking to schedule in the past?
3. Use case: Is the token or coin actually valuable? Is the token needed for the product to work? Does the token give good long term value to the holders?

These three are the most important things. The token Ambrosus for example passes all three tests really well.

There are lot of altcoins that exist in the market but as a wise investor you must learn how to weigh things in order for you to have the right investment. Before choosing a coin you must research and know what coin interest you. And functions of coin that you are going to choose must also be considered.

How do you choose Altcoin...??!
And how do you choose a bounty project ... ??!
Please give me your opinion, because your opinion will be very useful for me who is still as a beginner ..

When choosing an altcoin to invest in, I first consider the team involved if they are knowledgeable about the project and check how responsive are they when some members of the community ask them about the project on their social media accounts may it be twitter, facebook, telegram or discord. I then check their social media accounts if they are active in attending those seminars and conferences because it gives me a peace of mind that they are showing their faces and actively presenting their projects to the crypto community.

Check also the history of the price of the coin if it is already listed in the market and its total market capitalization if it has the possibility to rise up in price. The lesser the market cap, the possibility of it to grow in price more given that there are still so many people who are not involved with cryptocurrency.

I checked first their websites if they do have one and if their social media accounts are always updated.  I also check if they have a good roadmap to that will trigger the upward movement of the price.

If you are a beginner who will do Bounty you should read a lot of Bounty.
Because based on my experience, a lot of reading turned out to make us more understanding about Bounty.
The characteristic of a good Bounty project is that in terms of the project concept choose a unique one, other than the others, pay attention to the team and manager whether it is made up of professional people or not.
And finally, choose the soft cap that has been achieved.

Well, everytime that i invest in a good project, i just make a deep research about the team, the whitepaper, the roadmap and of course, the telegram group and the entire social media, because it is something more than important.

I agree with you that the exchange is one of the main indicators of the team's attitude to the project. If there is no good exchange, then there will be no growth.

Good question. In this you can help a lot of consultants in places where you are going to do anything with this cryptocurrency. You will not be left without help because this activity is quite young and there are always those who will help.

Well, personally I research heavily on the project that the altcoin is offering. Then, I see how much funding it has got and what is the technical team behind the altcoin that is going to get listed.

If I am going to invest for ICO of an Altcoin then always read the white paper first and also see the website security whether it is an https or only HTTP? If https then invest and if the company project is seen realistic according to the whitepaper then I invest for that Altcoins.

I choose Altcoins based on its market strategies, the team behind the altcoin and their actions to ensure the success of the coin. Also I judge Altcoins based on the their ratings and patronage. You could also use the same strategies to determine the potential of a project or bounty.

For Altcoin to keep check the exchange and chosse coins which you feel it will be useful in the future, as for the bounty project have a look on their white paper if you think it is interesting then it's a good point to join.

Invest in solid technologies
Whether you are a day trader or a long-term investor, you will need to select several crypto coins for your portfolio. Although you can add or remove individual coins from your portfolio according to your strategy, you are not likely to be doing this on a daily basis. You therefore need to pick coins that have a strong technology backing them, so as to be sure that they will not go up in smoke. There are literally hundreds of deceased coins listed on the deadcoins.com website
This is probably the main reason why many people get in trouble when they invest in cryptocurrencies, most of the people that want to invest for the short term are only looking at the profits and they are not stopping to think whether or not the coin in which they are investing has any future, if you invest only in good projects then the chances that you make profits in the short and long term are very high.

For me the thing that matters is the utility the token will have in future because its the basic thing that makes any coin unique from others. The next thing is the liquidity of coin in the market and the future goals of the developing team behind the project. But goals may differ in short and long run so its better to completely analyze the market before investing in any coin.
