May be they were cashing out because of the sudden price rise and hence were short of fund. As soon as the price drops, we'll probably see this issue to be resolved.

Its usually immediate for sportsbetting and one for casino games. But I would advise not playing on the site since they are holding back funds(delayed bet processing and withdrawals).

I have mentioned this in another similar accusation thread, but if you guys really haven't been paid out in days or haven't had your bets settled in 4-5 days, then you guys should probably start a scan accusation, because its always a possibility they could be waiting for price to fall having sold all their btc(hence the delay).
