why do I get "Event not found or no active markets available" so often. Even when the games r going on perfectly fine? This happens at least 5-6 times a day. I joined cloudbet coz the odds were pretty decent but whats the use of that when I cannot even bet on them. The other half of the time when i do get a chance to bet on something, I get an error and says contact support. I dont see a point of that on live betting especially when u dont have a live chat support for sports betting. Thoroughly disappointed.

Hi philiveyjr, Thanks for your feedback. In cases when you see no active markets available whilst trying to place Live In-play bets, this is due to stoppages within a MLB game. For example, a break when a home run is scored, a commercial break, or when a new batter is coming into bat - The markets at times will close but will re-open for live betting. I have communicated your feedback to our development team. I am not talking about those cases. Whenever market is currently unavailable.. It is unavailable for all the games on the site be it live games or the one's that have a few hours for the games to commence. It happens 2-3 times in an hour. Why do cloudbet require minimum bet on some teams? I am betting .01 and cloudbet keeps on saying that the minimum is .06

YES or NO?
Currently, we run two models. On some markets we never limit customers (bet again and again for the max if you wish), and on some markets we limit some customers. We are moving all markets towards our new models where customers are never limited. This has been in process for some time as we need to test each market carefully. It is likely we will have all markets on our new system in the next 4-6 weeks. On which markets are you being limited? Are they live or pre-match? Sri Lanka scored 1 run from wide which is a penalty score. Your sportsbook say that penalty scores are not considered in over or delivery market. I have lost a lot of bets because of this law already.
