Small update about KYC procedure.
We've finally chosen Estonia. Estonia is located in the EU. One of the Estonian advantages is that their government makes everything electronically (online). The estonian lawyers are ready to write and sign the "legal opinion" required for HitBTC listing. Legal opinion is the legal document stating that CLO coin is not being considered as securities by the SEC.
Yersterday we have sent all team docs to lawyers. They've promised to check all in 1-2 days. It is not too easy - our team is too much international.
We'll keep you posted and write the updates as soon as we get them from the lawyers.

Is it a tiny country on the outskirts of Russia? Of course this is not important, but will the conclusion of their lawyers for HitBTC be sufficient?

It istrue that in todays market it is very hard to have an original idea, it's just overpopulated. But you can have an original approach to the same idea. That can be the difference.

We got a reply from the lawyers. For non-EU citizens, additional procedures are required. They must be verified by Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Estonia. This procedure requires some time. Moreover, these persons must provide a bunch of additional papers. Our team members don't live in the countries of their citizenship. This requires one more step as well. The documents must be verified by the embassy of their country + Estonian MFA.
We've also checked the possibility of the offshore company registration. If the offshore company buys an Estonian company (or just a share of the company) it must disclose it's beneficiaries. In this way, we need to proceed with the Estonian MFA verification again.
We are already behind schedule and we don't want to have any further delays.
The only option left is to register the company to the EU citizens: Carlos Sampol and Mikhail Korolev. Then we could complete the verification process for the rest of the team and the EU citizens will "sell" the shares in the company to them. There is a small risk that HitBTC will ask why the CEO of the company is not Yohan. However, we don't think that is important for them. They could also ask to provide the Dexaran's identity... We don't think it's a problem.

This is a very big problem. Control over the project goes into the hands of two not the most important team members. The main developers are left out. This is a very big risk for investors. HitBTC can be accepted documents, as they do not care who of the team will answer before the Law.

I have read and do not approve of such a position of the Founder. This is a "big minus" for investors to evaluate the project. But, as I believe, this will not affect the decision of HitBTC.

Did you know Satoshi? No Bitcoin Core team do a good work? Yes People trust in Bitcoin? Yes Bitcoin developers are known and verified. Therefore, BTC is recognized and regulators consider financial instruments based on it. DEXRAN is far from SATOSHI, he is the head of developers who conducted the hard fork and his anonymity hinders the development of the project, since if he leaves, investors will suffer.

What are the basic measures you are going to take for mapping the decentralized data because most of the companies are looking for different types of data, from where you are going to collect the data?

And so I believe that he should be more immersed in the project.

If you mean staking for Callisto, it is what us know, using staking smart contract on CEW. There is no other way to stake Callisto. No minimum coin to stake. Because Callisto is not PoS coin

Maybe, you can update the KYC process every week, so we know how far the process go. And have the expectation when the Callisto will listed on HitBTC

Tell me whether a free audit will be canceled in the future because it seems to me a bit of a hindrance to the price to go up. At the current exchange rate, the more temporary is not large.
It’s not planned. However with cold staking, it could change a bit, the audit requester will lock funds while the audit process happens.

Is there a clear, concise, and well written road map available for investors? What milestones do you have in place? How will you inform investors when milestones are achieved? Will your team be conducting any online events, such as webinars, Q&As, or AMA on Reddit?

It is logical to introduce an auction system.
