Man that guy is crazy...

My order number is #767 and my tracking information still isn't showing up on the website, but I'm not worried in the least.   It takes some time especially around this time of the year, and when I ordered I was expecting a mid-to-late January delivery.  Will definitely be leaving positive feedback for fluffypony and post pictures when I receive the order.

There is absolutely no reason for someone to act the way that paradiselife is acting.

you tell yourself whatever to make you sleep better at night time.. why does it take so long for a tracking number to show up in South African postal service? I can smell the scam from miles away

Exactly. His actions are really embarrassing. He was offered a refund, please take it already.

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

That smell is probably due to the fact that your head is wedged up your ass.

Holy cow. It just occurred to me to Google the dude's real name.

Turns out skyisthelimit / paradiselife is the scammer formerly known as Kr4x. You may remember him from this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=196860.0;all and his scammer tag.

He's also been scamming since 2004, according to this post on WebHostingTalk: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=350291

Since his info is out in the open in that marketplace thread, I can post a screenshot of the system backend to verify that order 968 is Dzelil Salihovic if there's any doubt.

I'll happily keep his money and donate it to anyone that can verify they got scammed by him?

Although that may seem like the right thing to do, I don't think that would be a wise move.

It would only give him a legitimate reason to label you as a scammer.

Fair enough:) Well, I can always contact BitPay and ask them to refund it back to the inputs.

Like your petty negative Trust for 100BTC for me having a "big nose"?  Roll Eyes Your rating means nothing, you are not trustworthy.

The end justifies the means. The "thrust" not the "facts" are what count.  Roll Eyes

Oh what a fun thread!

I love when mults get outed.  Thanks for the entertainment this morning.

Oh, and just an FYI for paradise/sky/kr4x/douche...

I don't know what your primary goal here was, but you just increased the reputation of OpenRigs in my eyes.  A refund was posted blazingly fast, showing awesome customer service.  I also like to see small businesses that stand up to a bully/troll/scammer.  The polite and honest customer is always right.  The douchebag customer is not.

Now the genius scam would be if fluffypony was also a mult.  Hmmmm.

Hah!

Look, I've had to scale up massively to meet demand that I had no idea existed, and I'm still scaling to make sure we can handle future demand. We have awesome new projects (not just open frames) that are being worked on that I want to launch in the 1st quarter of this year. And I'm doing everything in my power to at least make sure that customers are kept in the loop, even if we hit a patch where there's very little to say. But we're human, we're fallible, we're going to screw up. All I can hope is that when we screw up we're able to fix things ourselves or help our customers fix things in the easiest and fastest way possible.

Next up on our list: all OpenRigs email requests are going in to our ticketing system from next week, and the support staff do their product training on Monday, so that will be a load off and should result in an even smoother customer support experience:)
