I am wondering if how much is the "highest withdrawal limit" mentioned on their youtube video? This is kinda overwhelming because they don't charge any transaction fee. If this will be implemented and will be launched, I will be the first one in line to get that debit card. A fee of 2% applies for regular debit cards and 1% for Luxury cards and as you rightfully mentioned, there is no monthly limits on the latter.  Though, you'll have to comply for the imposed KYC on Luxury Debit Cards, whereas, KYC is not needed for the regular ones.

I think that is the reason why they come up with this project, they open doors to those countries that really don't understand why they need crypto as an alternative mode of payment. When they see the beauty of this technology to other countries who embraced this technological breakthrough, I believe that they will somehow understand the need to have crypto on their daily transactions.

The planned USD 6,500 Daily Withdrawal Limit is indeed way beyond the average daily withdrawal limit of US banks alone.

Take for instance Bank of America where the daily ATM withdrawal limit is USD 1,500 only. That's USD 5,000 less of  CryptoRiya's limit. Although Bank of America, apart from the daily ATM withdrawal, has a provision for debit purchases set at USD 5,000 daily.

Perhaps the two combined is the basis of CryptoRiya's daily withdrawal limit given that CryptoRiya offers this through their regular Debit Cards.

Still, it would be nice to hear from CryptoRiya themselves how they could facilitate the USD 6,500 daily ATM withdrawal.

Base on white paper cold wallet is a offline wallet for storage a digital assets on platform that are not connected in the internet, how can you say this is a 100% safe? And the wallet where you can storage over 1600 types of currencies in 1 wallet. I can’t imagine with the new technology in this millenial was so very techie.

As there was no mention anywhere in CryptoRiya's Whitepaper regarding the countries it would operate on or where services be made available.

So sense and reason led me to believe that CryptoRiya's services will be available where countries consider Bitcoin to be legally allowed.  Right now, cryptocurrency is still pretty much undefined for most countries and how it is being treated varies substantially from government to government.

Yet, we can expect CryptoRiya to exist in countries where bitcoin is accepted legally (as other cryptocurrency is treated the same, usually), here's a link that might shed light on your question:

Just a minor correction on the non-KYC thought most of us here have regarding CryptoRiya.

KYC is generally not needed to be on the platform and everyone is entitled to CryptoRiya's Regular Debit Card.

But if one wants to utilize and maximize the benefits of CryptoRiya in terms of Daily Withdrawal Limits and Monthly Spend Limits, Lower Fees, etc., a KYC will be required to avail their Luxury Debit Card.

Cryptoriya Project is aiming to be a remittance center like a platform where you can encash your cryptocurrency whenever or wherever you like in the world. Is there any minimum cash out or maximum cash out for those people who are trying to use their platform?

This project does not just aiming to become a global remittance but it will use the economic trend which is cryptocurrency to remit, withdraw and exchange across the borders of the world.
I just dont know if CryptoRiya will offer a minimum amount of charges from their user. But in my opinion, it is good if we can set the time interval of remittance to the exact payment in order to make a transaction successful.

Conceptually, svendoto has a point there in terms of CryptoRiya wanting to be global (though not directly as remittances) but of an exchange that you can cash-out any (yes any crypotcurrency, in the sense that the currency should be listed in CryptoRiya) cryptocurrency anytime, anywhere.

Charges and Fees are always a part of any services such an exchange, and according to CryptoRiya's whitepaper, ATM Withdrawal Fees will be 2% for regular CryptoRiya Debit Cards and 1% for the luxury ones (which will require a KYC).

Essentially, they have the good point about CryptoRiya. Svendoto and Jlimao28 had the same point when we look at it. CryptoRiya is a global remittance that uses cryptocurrency to withdraw and exchange with fiat currency. In over 1600 currencies, transaction will become more convenient to the people. We will not depend anymore to the remittances that we have seen locally because CryptoRiya will make a one way remittance center worldwide.

There should be a minimum I believe, for maximum, there shouldn't be but I believe there will be for their card users. If it's crypto to bank account or cash, you should be careful since gov't are monitoring those. Unusually big amounts are red flags.
