When does Betcoin/WPN (not sure who ultimately is responsible for the payouts) usually pay out for the Sit&Crush leaderboard?
WPN sends us the information usually Monday but no later than Wednesday so we can send out the bitcoin to you. We have just received it and expect a post and your bitcoin to you today. |

It should are you having problems? Not me but a friend I'm trying to refer. He told me your software doesn't work on his pc for some reason. he thinks it's due to XP. |

Nah...in XP works....I had one problem with BCP once in updating software and it was that some windows security certificates had expired since XP is not supported by MS anymore . BCP support walked me thru on phone how to delete the expired certificates and BCP and Betcoin works fine. I think Betcoin should get the procedure for removing expired certificates from WPN support so they can fix this if it happens. I don't want to post it because it involves running acertmgr.msc in the terminal. I I can confirm that at least BCP support knows how to fix this in XP |

Seems I have the same problem joining games on the web client. Fuck Try clearing browser cache and or data. They fixed that problem about a week ago. I tried registering for a WPN tourny on the web version and for me its working fine . |

you dont have to do anything it gets added to your account in 2 chip increments i dont think its instant but in comes in pretty fast |

you dont have to do anything it gets added to your account in 2 chip increments i dont think its instant but in comes in pretty fast Thanks for that info, mate. |

We will add some more deepstack tables and increase the time on more tables. Which are your preferred? Imo it should be 20 minutes or so like it is on fiat poker. Also please increase the decision timer, its a bit short right now. Yeah the warning is only 3 seconds, lol. If you don't have auto time bank enabled, you've got 3 second warning to time out, lol, and if your time bank runs out ur screwed |

Is there support in this thread on weekends? On site support is closed on weekends apparently.
Support is usually around weekends as well but less hours than weekdays. Week days they seem to be around 18 hours of the day. |
