Are status points and betcoin points updated through play yesterday because both of mine are still way below what they should be and I don't want to bother support if there is still a lag on WPN's side.

There seems to be a delay on getting status points/betcoin points (rakeback).  They used to be updated once a day but I haven't seen any updates for any of my play over the weekend.  Any info/updates on that?

Had same issues some days ago then stopped playing because I opened two tickets:

 -  #5919 (my last reply to their generic "everything is working fine" (which clearly wasn't) 5 days ago
 and

#6217 (26th February) for what I'm still waiting a reply.

Saw they added me some status point but I also had issues with bonus chips.

Still waiting for support  .

@Betcoin Support: merge my two tickets ( in the second one I referred to the first as well)  and please give me an answer

What is your username?  There was an issue with the update late last week because we are preparing to implement full rake back and status points into WPN play, however this should be fully corrected.  Bump your tickets if they have not been responded to already.  As always, we appreciate your feedback.

You know i got that with every poker site i played on that people had never had the beats they had on them but the thing is bj is just all averages as far as i know so if you have stopped playing you have probably stopped playing just before you go on the mental run. Just saying

I don't have access to the tickets unfortunately, but I will message your ticket numbers to support and then provide the answers to you.  We have confirmed that everything is working well, but would like to look into your specific matter in detail.

WPN play is not updated yet but will be updating programmatically this month.  We will certainly keep you posted as this is something we have been working on implementing since inception.

I was playing in 2 SitnGos this morning and signed up for 5 more when the lobby said it was disconnected.  I was able to finish the 2 SnGs that I was in , but not able to do anything in the lobby. It was down completely for awhile. It has been a few hours now and I can log in, but nothing works when I click on it.

WPN is not down.  I have the Americas Cardroom client open(although dont have an account) and they seem to be running.  Betcoin is the only one that works for me being in MD, so this sucks if they are having major issues.
