Cool, just I didn't like the pic of the chat woman, looks like one of royalty free pictures we get from the internet, or looking too formal. It's just my opinion, I could be wrong. Good luck!

I cannot successfully withdraw to my blockchain wallet from Betcoin. Betcoin shows confirmed... blockchain shows no pending/confirm receipt.
I have tried withdraws to both coinbase and poloniex as well. No luck. So, once I deposit, it falls into a black hole?

Does it show confirmations, or just approved? Withdraws can take a min since they look at all of them individually. Send a support ticket in if it has not sent. If you already received an email saying it was sent, then you sent it to the wrong address. Also don't withdraw to coinbase.... They blacklist all gambling sites, send to an exchange or your personal wallet first then to coinbase to cash out.

don't withdraw to coinbase Yeah, found that out several moths ago.
Addresses to Poloinex and coinbase wallet are correct... no indication on their end.

Looks like the Bitcoin mempool is still struggling to get get everything threw. Could be an issue if Betcoin didn't include the correct fee to get into the newest block. But since you have not received a "funds sent" email I would drop them a support tix to speed things up if you need that BTC soon. Otherwise it will get sent shortly I'm sure. They had some fraud issues in the past so that's why it takes longer now.

I don't mess around on forums that much, unless it's to discuss poker strat or my ill-fated attempt to get a staking stable going (long story short: within three weeks half of the players I was staking stole from me). So I'm a little behind the times when it comes to current events because it's very hard to cull the wheat from the chaff when it comes to online forums and I just don't have that much time to deal with things of this nature when I could be making money. But after reading some things on various forums and finding this to be the main breeding ground of the malcontents, I feel the need to express my opinions because I think that the players who actually play on Betcoin are doing a poor job backing the site up. Which is ironic, considering the shouts from a few very opinionated trolls (who seem to have an abundance of time on their hands) claiming that Betcoin is paying the entire world to submit positive reviews. Yet I don't see these reviews. So here is mine.
Betcoin is a great place to play. Why? Because the games are really fucking soft. This is undoubtedly due to the peer-to-peer nature of bitcoin and Betcoin's marketing. This should be the main banner that is flown because as poker players we should care about profitability first.
Support is actually pretty on the ball. I've been playing on Betcoin since 2014 and in the beginning support was pretty slow to get to some things. I later found out that that was because they were in the process of hiring on more support to handle the demand. This makes sense and is quite reasonable. I don't want someone who doesn't know what they are doing handling my cashouts and transfers, especially with a currency like bitcoin where everything is irreversible. I haven't had really any issues that support couldn't square away recently and honestly I haven't really had any issues that I needed to bring to support since everything is ran pretty well. I did have a friend recently who was having trouble getting on his account and support worked with him for almost an hour until the issue got resolved.
The rake, which everyone seems to have a big problem with, is actually the best part of the site. The fact that they have Betcoin-issued rakeback daily plus allow affiliate-issued rakeback weekly means that everyone is getting a rakeback that rivals site-sponsored pros on a lot of fiat sites. When you add in the table starter rakeback which is another 100% on top of both of those it's by far the best deal I've seen in poker. This means that the two days that the rake was accidentally increased actually benefited the players since they were getting more than that amount returned to them! And the few that didn't were still getting so much in rakeback that the effective rake was still way lower than if they were playing on any other site.
Do mistakes happen? Of course, it's a series of computers that is being accessed by hundreds of players at any time, it's crazy to think that everything is going to run smoothly 100% of the time. Every online site I've played on (and it's been dozens) has had errors come up. It's the nature of the beast. From my experience, when a mistake does happen, Betcoin is on it and handles it in an appropriate manner. That's all we can ask them to do. I think that a couple of people on here took a couple of small, isolated incidents and are blowing them up in order to be reactionary trolls. It is the internet after all, that's what people do. The reality of the situation is, I'd bet if these people contacted support and said "I feel I've been treated unfairly and here is why" they'd be listened to and would get reparations for any amount that they had been slighted. The fact that they go on and on instead of doing that shows where their true intentions lie.
Just to cut the trolls off at the pass, I was not asked to make this post and I am not being compensated for making this post. My last dealing with support was over a month ago. If you'd like, I can provide screenshots of my support tickets and transactions page to prove this (although be forewarned: if you ask for this, we will have to wager on it so I can make some money for my time spent. Trolls don't get things for free). I'm making this post because I feel that misinformation is being spread on a site that I play on, and that directly hurts me as it makes it less likely that new players will check the site out. While I don't play all day every day, I am a Silver 1 VIP level, so I do put in solid volume. Also, overblowing things that don't matter makes it less likely that if something serious ever does crop up, it will be acknowledged and dealt with. The crying wolf syndrome if you will.

OhNevermindMe, thank you for taking the time to share your experience of playing at Betcoin. We will continue to work hard everyday to improve and provide the best place online for everyone to play. This means a lot to us and we really appreciate it.

ONM, I assume you're referring to me here. Betcoin refuses to defend itseslf, but since you seem to be willing, please let me know if there's anything at all I've accused Betcoin of that isn't 100% true. I've been trying to work things out with Betcoin for months, literally - they are the ones that refuse to cooperate. Edit: if you haven't yet, please read this thread, I outline most of the issues in the OP. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1322261.msg13507632#msg13507632This goes for any Betcoin supporter, please explain why you think it's ok for Betcoin to ignore these issues, or explain why you don't believe the accusations to be true.

Crazywack, thank you for the great feedback as always. update: Ticket not necessary BrtcoinAG [umm, can I call u AG 4 short? ] It was just slow, everywherez, not just Betcoin... Ive bought 3 ETH's now from table-owning in cash games. Gonna hold off from further purchases, tho, not u guys' fault, ETH going to the moon. Protip: going for stop-limit tom ake a lowball buy on Poloniex ties up whatever amount you have spec'd @ high limit for a lowball purchase [I was betting for a dip LOL] Ima contact Poloniex TechSupport to see if I can cancel this lowball order and loosen up the 0.0175BTC I got tied up [stop laffing dammit]Outside of what an earlier post mentioned regarding rebuy tourneys [kinda trainwrecking], the cash games are solid as always. Fair Warning: PokerStars is soon coming to NJ. If [more like when] Stars reaches Pennsylvania, you guyz have serious competition [for my time and bux].

The facts are simple. 600,000 hands were overraked. Pay that money back. We can help them work on their atrocious customer service and other underhanded tactics once they pay back the money that was stolen.

Wonder why Betcoin doesnt have green trust by there name anymore?
What happened?
Maybe perhaps it was because of all the cheating players and lying about it?
