I'm pretty frustrated by Betcoin right now. I deposited yesterday, and then when I was transferring my deposit from my main balance to my poker balance, the site ate my chips. I was told that it would take 10-15 min to straighten out by Betcoin Maria, and then an hour later I was told it would take an additional 1 hour for a supervisor to get online and fix it by Betcoin Aiden, and 24 hours later I just had this idiotic exchange with Betcoin Maria, in which she states that she has no information and no ability to help me. Betcoin customer service is a joke.

Secondly, when you have a system in place to verify e-mail authenticity, it is insanity to include a URL to the verification location in the same e-mail. This is just asking for someone to spoof your e-mails and training your users to blindly click on unverified e-mail links.

I also just noticed that the last three e-mails that you have sent me have identical e-mail security code hashes. Why make it so easy for someone to circumvent your security system?

This was the phishing e-mail that I received. The link redirects you to the following URL, which I have broken so that people can't click on it.

Major problem with this site.

Bet on a live soccer match (bet was for over 5 goals. game was in  72nd minute. game ended up with 6 goals)

Attempted to place the bet 5 times, and funds were taken from my account. (Funds for only 1 bet were taken).

As you can see in my list of transactions below, 4 of them were marked "canceled" and the other was marked "pending". All bets that are in process are marked "pending". So, I figure this bet is good....right? Wrong. Betcoin now claims that this got "stuck in the system" and my funds will be returned shortly. That's convenient, considering the bet won.

See the 3rd line item from the bottom below. Bet shows as pending, whereas the other 4 show as canceled. So, as the paying customer, I get screwed because of a glitch in the system? How is that fair?

You need to enable peer assisted networking for this site in settings, reload the settings and then click confirm.

When I click on settings it takes me to adobe -flash player which no longer upgrades for my version and older.
Had a similar issue at Nitrogensports for a well but they seem to have solved it and I can play there again. Not sure what they did though.
Its alright if its a pain in the ass,I plan to upgrade before the summer.
