Something i've noticed:

The rake for 2/4 fixed limit holdem is capped at 1 for HEADS UP, while the rake for 2/4 fixed limit omaha h/l is capped at .50.

The omaha h/l rake is industry standard, while the 2/4 holdem is too high.

Solution: cap the 2/4 fixed limit holdem rake to .50.

Did you send us an email as the directions clearly state?  We see an offline chat message 6 hours after the bonus expired.  Please forward the email that was sent within the time frame for the bonus to be added. We received over 200 submissions for the bonuses and most made it before the cut off and were awarded. 

Also, please email support before posting on BitcoinTalk as the person that handles bitcointalk is not 24/7 like support and will not be able to resolve your situation promptly.

Just keep it at 1-2 tables of every spread with new tables spawning if they do not fill.  You don't need 5 tables of some spread, and 0 tables of other spreads.
